Does it matter who was the 300-millionth “American”?

Indeed, it does.

If it was a baby born to an American, that is wonderful news. If it was a baby born to an illegal alien, it means we have lost control of our borders. And as Ronald Reagan said, a country that can’t control its borders isn’t really a country anymore.

And if it was a Mexican who slipped over the Rio Grande in the early morning darkness of Oct. 17, it may be a harbinger of the end of America as we knew her.

If the people are not celebrating the 300 million along with the editorial writers, it is because there is a strong likelihood the individual added to our number is not an American at all, and because the extraordinary growth of the American family was not the free choice of the American people.

We have 300 million here today only because the government of the United States refuses to enforce our immigration laws and the people were misled or lied to when the Immigration Act of 1965 was passed.

Who was the chairman of the subcommittee that conducted the hearings? Edward M. Kennedy. And what did Sen. Kennedy promise? Here are his own words of four decades ago:

“(O)ur cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same. … The ethnic mix of this country will not be upset. … Contrary to the charges in some quarters, S. 500 will not inundate America with immigrants from any other country or area, or the most populated and economically deprived nations of Africa and Asia.” (…. American Casualties Skyrocket in Iraq

Every time there is a temporary lull in attacks on American troops in Iraq, the neocons scream in triumph the occupation has “turned the corner” and “we’ve got the insurgents on the run.” Then the next week there’s another spike in the American death toll. But October of 2006 may go down as the bloodiest yet in the 43 months of the war. At the time of this writing there are over sixty American dead, and the month still has another two weeks to run.

According to MSNBC, “The U.S. command said seven American troops died in fighting [around the northern Iraqi city of Balad] a day earlier. That raised the U.S. toll to 58 killed in the first two weeks of October, a pace that if continued would make the month the worst for coalition forces since 107 U.S. and 10 British soldiers died in January 2005.” Make a note of that: 107 American dead is the record Hadji Reb has to beat for October of this year, 117 if you count the British dead. We’re well on our way to suffering a record loss.

MSNBC goes on to say, “Iraqi deaths also are running at a high rate. According to an Associated Press count, 708 Iraqis have been reported killed in war-related violence this month, or just over 44 a day, compared to a daily average of more than 27 since the AP began tracking deaths in April 2005.”

Yeah, I know, most Americans couldn’t care less. A recent report that 655,000 Iraqi have died since the war began was met with a big collective yawn. (As an aside, it’s a bit ironic that the pro-White movement seems to care more about the lives of Iraqi civilians than the Democrats or Republicans.) The truth is our descendants are going to be paying in one way or another for this ghastly screw-up for generations, I suggest maybe we should start giving a damn. There are over a billion Muslims in the world and around twenty million Jews. Who would we rather make perpetual enemies of? You do the math.

Americans are seeing a dramatic color change

If the Census Bureau has it right, the 300 millionth American entered the United States kicking and screaming this morning. The odds are that this milestone American is a boy, born to a white family in a California suburb. He will have a 1-in-4 shot of graduating from college, will probably marry, father two children, struggle with his weight, and live to see his 85th birthday.

What he will probably not have — that his grandfather likely did — is a pair of blue eyes.

Once a hallmark of the boy and girl next door, blue eyes have become increasingly rare among American children. Immigration patterns, intermarriage, and genetics all play a part in their steady decline. While the drop-off has been a century in the making, the plunge in the past few decades has taken place at a remarkable rate.

About half of Americans born at the turn of the 20th century had blue eyes, according to a 2002 Loyola University study in Chicago. By mid-century that number had dropped to a third. Today only about one 1 of every 6 Americans has blue eyes, said Mark Grant, the epidemiologist who conducted the study. (…. Full Article Here)

14-Year-Old School Girl Arrested

A teenage schoolgirl was arrested by police for racism after refusing to sit with a group of Asian students because some of them did not speak English.

Codie Stott’s family claim she was forced to spend three-and-a-half hours in a police cell after she was reported by her teachers. The 14-year-old - who was released without charge - said it had been a simple matter of commonsense and accused the school and police of an over-the-top reaction.

The incident happened in the same local education authority where a ten-year-old boy was prosecuted earlier this year for calling a schoolfriend racist names in the playground, a move branded by a judge “political correctness gone mad.”

Codie was attending a GCSE science class at Harrop Fold High School in Worsley, Greater Manchester (England), when the incident happened. The teenager had not been in school the day before due to a hospital appointment and had missed the start of a project, so the teacher allocated her a group to sit with.

“She said I had to sit there with five Asian pupils,” said Codie yesterday. “Only one could speak English, so she had to tell that one what to do so she could explain in their language. Then she sat me with them and said ‘Discuss’.”

According to Codie, the five - four boys and a girl - then began talking in a language she didn’t understand, thought to be Urdu, so she went to speak to the teacher.

“I said ‘I’m not being funny, but can I change groups because I can’t understand them?’ But she started shouting and screaming, saying ‘It’s racist, you’re going to get done by the police’.”

Codie said she went outside to calm down where another teacher found her and, after speaking to her class teacher, put her in isolation for the rest of the day.

A complaint was made to a police officer based full-time at the school, and more than a week after the incident on September 26 she was taken to Swinton police station and placed under arrest.

“They told me to take my laces out of my shoes and remove my jewellery, and I had my fingerprints and photograph taken,” said Codie. “It was awful.” (more…)

Vanderbilt professor says Census Bureau underestimates alien population

You’ve heard all the hoopla about the 300 millionth “American” that’s supposed to appear sometime this month. Don’t buy it, says Virginia Abernethy, Professor Emerita of anthropology at Vanderbilt University and Director of Carrying Capacity Network. According to her, America passed that benchmark some six years ago. The real population, she argues, is probably closer to 327 million.

All of this is laid succinctly in her paper, Census Bureau Distortions Hide Immigration Crisis, published under the auspices of Population-Environment Balance, of which she is Chairman, and unveiled at a press conference on Wednesday at the National Press Club. In the paper, she documents considerable evidence that the Census Bureau has consistently underestimated the number of illegal and legal immigrants currently residing in our country.

As I know, this is the first full-length critique of the 300 million number. Some of the reasons Professor Abernethy cites to back up her case:

According to the Mexican government, some 18 million Mexican citizens are now living in the United States illegally.

Spy Jonathan Pollard Caught on Tape
Surveillance video from 1985 shows American stealing secrets for Israel

WASHINGTON - What you see here is rarely caught on tape — a spy in action.

“This is Pollard actually in the act of stealing highly classified information,” says formal Naval investigator Ron Olive. “1500 top secret documents in a matter of seconds.”

Olive helped catch Jonathan Pollard and has written a book about the Navy intelligence analyst who spied for Israel.

NBC News has obtained surveillance video, which for the first time, actually shows Pollard pilfering classified documents and stuffing them into a briefcase supplied by Israel.

When a co-worker walks by, Pollard reaches to close his drawer, then resumes what’s he’s doing.

“That tells us that he knows that he is stealing,” says Olive.

Soon, the briefcase is so full Pollard has trouble closing it! But eventually he succeeds and walks out the door with some of America’s most sensitive secrets. (…. See Video Here)

Frustrated by failed censorship attempts, B’nai B’rith is pushing Jewish monopolization of internet access–along with ever-greater hysteria

While liberal Jewish activists have worked successfully to punish and silence politically incorrect speech in much of Europe, America maintains a fragile freedom. The Anti-Defamation League, architect of Orwellian “anti-hate” laws, is frustrated about it.

This was apparent in the Sept. 12 speech given by Christopher Wolf, chair of both the ADL Internet Task Force and the International Network Against Cyber Hate. He spoke at the 3rd International Symposium on Hate on the Internet sponsored by B’nai Brith, ADL’s parent organization.

In his speech, Wolf sourly admitted the difficulty in corralling thought criminals on the web, especially since America provides a “legal haven” for that hatred.

The US is a haven because we don’t yet have a federal hate laws bill, despite ADL’s aggressive attempts to pass one. A federal hate bill would severely limit free speech, and triple the penalties for crimes motivated by “bias” or “hate” against certain protected groups, like homosexuals. It would establish a vast anti-hate bureaucracy similar to the one in Canada, where Christian pastors have been punished merely for quoting from “hate literature”—the Bible! (more…)

Can We Call It Genocide Now?

When does “collateral damage” so dwarf combatant deaths that war becomes genocide?

Bush’s illegal invasion of Iraq has cost 655,000 Iraqis their lives. That is the conclusion of a study financed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for International Studies and conducted by physicians under the direction of Johns Hopkins University epidemiologists. These are deaths over and above the pre- invasion mortality rate. Bush’s illegal invasion raised Iraq’s mortality rate from 5.5 deaths per 1,000 people per year to 13.3 deaths per 1,000 people per year. The study is published by the distinguished British medical journal, The Lancet, and is available on the journal’s online site (October 11[PDF]).

The study uses a scientific method known as “cluster sampling.” In 87% of the deaths, the researchers requested death certificates, and more than 90% of the surveyed households produced the death certificates. Violence accounted for 601,000 deaths and disease and destruction of civilian infrastructure accounted for 54,000 deaths. The violent deaths are attributed to gunshot wounds, coalition air strikes, and car bombs.

Johns Hopkins University epidemiologist Gilbert Burnham says, “We’re very confident with the results.” Columbia University epidemiologist Ronald Waldman says the survey method used is “tried and true” and that “this is the best estimate of mortality we have.” (….Full Article Here)

France Sparks Uproar with Genocide Bill
Turkey and others infuriated by law criminalizing denial of First World War expulsion, execution of Armenians

PARIS — French politicians are galloping into diplomatic quicksand with a proposal to imprison anyone who publicly denies that the Turkish massacre of Armenians a century ago constituted genocide.

The draft law, to be debated by the National Assembly today, was submitted by the opposition Socialist Party and has strong support among those on the political right who hope to derail Turkey’s candidacy for European Union membership.

Members of France’s 400,000-strong Armenian diaspora, whose votes are important to all sides in next spring’s presidential election, have lobbied for years to criminalize negating their genocide, just as it is a crime in France to deny the Holocaust.

But the proposed law, which would also require the French Senate’s approval, has caused an uproar outside France and discomfort in some unexpected quarters.

Turkey has warned that French companies will be barred from bidding on billions of dollars worth of government contracts if the law is approved. The Armenian government has kept silent on the proposal, saying its goal is to secure recognition of the genocide by Turkey. The European Union’s enlargement commissioner has pleaded with the French to abandon the bill, saying it would only undermine those Turks and Armenians promoting a dialogue over their conflicting versions of history.

More surprising has been the reaction of Armenian community leaders inside Turkey who have been fighting for greater freedom of speech at home.

The Non-Lobby Not at Work

The non-existent Israel Lobby is yet again not behind a complete coincidence where two events critical of Israel are shut down. This self-intimidation and censorship is the result of our imagination. There is no lobby.

The French embassy’s office in New York canceled a book launch because of the author’s Israel views. Author Carmen Callil wrote a book on the deportation of thousands of French Jews to Nazi death camps. Normally, an author would be celebrated by Jewish and other organizations for covering this. However, Callil’s crime was in the postscript:

A party in honour of Bad Faith, Callil’s account of Louis Darquier, the Vichy official who arranged the deportation of thousands of Jews, was to have taken place at the French embassy in New York last night but was cancelled after the embassy became aware of a paragraph in the postscript of the book. In the postscript Callil says she grew anxious while researching the “helpless terror of the Jews of France” to see “what the Jews of Israel were passing on to the Palestinian people. Like the rest of humanity, the Jews of Israel ‘forget’ the Palestinians. Everyone forgets.”

In the second non-incident, the Polish Consul General in New York canceled a speech by NYU Professor Tony Judt, after threats made by the crime-family Anti-Defamation League, which is a non-member in the fictional lobby boogeyman. Judt was scheduled to speak Oct. 4th to a nonprofit organization that rents space from the consulate. The subject was in fact a self-fulfilling prophecy:

Judt’s subject was the Israel lobby in the United States, and he planned to argue that this lobby has often stifled honest debate.

More than 650,000 people have died in Iraq since the U.S. led invasion of the country began in March of 2003. This is according to a new study published in the scientific journal, The Lancet. The study was conducted by researchers at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Al Mustansiriya University in Baghdad. Researchers based their findings on interviews with a random sampling of households taken in clusters across Iraq. The study is an update to a prior one compiled by many of the same researchers. That study estimated that around 100,000 Iraqis died in the first 18 months after the invasion.

Les Roberts joins us now from Syracuse, New York — He is one of the main researchers of the study. He was with Johns Hopkins when he co-authored the study but has just taken a post at Columbia University. (….Full Interview Here)

Here are the first few lines of an article in the NY Sun on September 29. It shows how Dr. John Mearsheimer, co-author of “the Harvard School of Government paper, “Israel and US Foreign Policy” is now is making the identical arguments that Dr. David Duke has been making for years. Even before the Iraq War began, David Duke was saying all over the world that the principle power behind the war was the Israel lobby. Within three weeks of the 9/11 attacks, in September of 2001, David Duke in a classic article “How Israeli Terrorism and American Treason Caused the 911 Attacks,” showed how the primary motivation of Osama bin Ladin and the hijackers was not “hatred of democracy or our freedoms,” but anger over American support of Israel’s war crimes.

Iraq’s Partition

The discussion within the U.S. foreign policy establishment on the future of Iraq has come to a conclusion. The U.S. will, now officially, work to dissolve the Iraqi nation and state into three independend statelets under a powerless sham national government and, of course, total U.S. control.

The current version of the idea was first floated back in May by Senator Biden and Leslie Gelb, both Democrats, in a NYT oped.

The Baker Iraq Study Group, set up to look at new policy options in Iraq, leaked its coming results, i.e. the implementation of the Biden/Gelb plan, to Murdoch’s London Times:

His group will not advise “partition”, but is believed to favour a division of the country that will devolve power and security to the regions, leaving a skeletal national government in Baghdad in charge of foreign affairs, border protection and the distribution of oil revenue.

A few days ago, Middle East expert Col. Pat Lang has called this inevitable:

Iraq is going to be partitioned.  This may be either de facto or de jure but it will be partitioned.  The process of disintegration launched by the United States in eliminating the mechanisms of state integrity has progressed so far that effective dissolution of the old Iraq is inevitable.  The recent frustrated desperation evident in the statements of the US command in Baghdad, and the ridiculous futility of Dr. Rice’s latest trip are unmistakable signs of disintegration.  Indeed, the partition is now underway.
