Terror and starvation in Gaza

A genocide is engulfing the people of Gaza while a silence engulfs its bystanders. “Some 1.4 million people, mostly children, are piled up in one of the most densely populated regions of the world, with no freedom of movement, no place to run and no space to hide,” wrote the former senior UN relief official Jan Egeland and Jan Eliasson, then foreign minister of Sweden, in Le Figaro. They described a people “living in a cage”, cut off by land, sea and air, with no reliable power and little water, and tortured by hunger and disease and incessant attacks by Israeli troops and planes.

Egeland and Eliasson wrote this four months ago in an attempt to break the silence in Europe, whose obedient alliance with the United States and Israel has sought to reverse the democratic result that brought Hamas to power in last year’s Palestinian elections. The horror in Gaza has since been compounded: a family of 18 has died beneath a 500lb US/Israeli bomb; unarmed women have been mown down at point-blank range. Dr David Halpin, one of the few Britons to break what he calls “this medieval siege”, reported the killing of 57 children by artillery, rockets and small arms and was shown evidence that civilians are Israel’s true targets, as in Leba non last summer. A friend in Gaza, Dr Mona el-Farra, emailed: “I see the effects of the relentless sonic booms [a collective punishment by the Israeli air force] and artillery on my 13-year-old daughter. At night, she shivers with fear. Then both of us end up crouching on the floor. I try to make her feel safe, but when the bombs sound I flinch and scream . . .” (more…)

Experts confirm that Iran’s president did not call for Israel to be ‘wiped off the map’

The fake “translation” has been used by Jewish supremacists to drag America closer yet to another war for Israel. House Reps. Steve Rothman (D-N.J.) and Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) have initiated a “resolution” sponosred by 22 congress members that says Ahmadinejad is guilty of violating the 1948 Convention on Genocide. Since the Convention “prohibits ‘direct and public incitement to commit genocide… Ahmadinejad’s hateful rhetoric calling for the elimination of Israel, a Member State of the United Nations, qualifies as inciting genocide.” Rothman is experienced in these kinds of weasel tactics. In 2005 a similar “resolution” helped engineer the prosecution of a Lithuanian paper for questioning Zionism. Jewish supremacists are very fond of “criminalizing” speech they don’t like; not only is the Bill of Rights one of their victims, but soon unknown numbers of US youth driven into a war on Iran may be as well — V-News

My recent comment piece explaining how Iran’s president was badly misquoted when he allegedly called for Israel to be “wiped off the map” has caused a welcome little storm. The phrase has been seized on by western and Israeli hawks to re-double suspicions of the Iranian government’s intentions, so it is important to get the truth of what he really said.

I took my translation - “the regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time” - from the indefatigable Professor Juan Cole’s website where it has been for several weeks.

But it seems to be mainly thanks to the Guardian giving it prominence that the New York Times, which was one of the first papers to misquote Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, came out on Sunday with a defensive piece attempting to justify its reporter’s original “wiped off the map” translation.

Joining the “off the map” crowd is David Aaronovitch, a columnist on the Times (of London), who attacked my analysis yesterday. I won’t waste time on him since his knowledge of Farsi is as minimal as that of his Latin. The poor man thinks the plural of casus belli is casi belli, unaware that casus is fourth declension with the plural casus (long u). (…..Full Article Here)

Jewish Settlers Harass Palestinian Family

It shows a video of a Jewish woman harassing her neighbors, a Palestinian family forced to live behind a cage because of the incessant attacks by Jewish extremists. The Jewish woman comes up to the house, tries to slap the Palestinian woman, calls her a prostitute, and spits at her. The video also shows sweet little Jewish supremacists in yarmulkes throwing rocks at the family. Ironically, the Jewish extremist thieves of Palestinian land number only about 700 in the Palestinian city of Hebron with 125,000 Palestinians, yet still the Palestinians who live close to the Jewish extremists, must live in cages for their own protection. One must remember that when the Jewish woman calls the Palestinian women prostitutes, she is doing nothing different than millions of other Jewish women around the world when they use their normal term for a Gentile woman, “Shiksa.” Translated, it literally means whore. Little Gentile girls are called “Shikselbes,” or “little whores.”

Maybe there are some uniformed goyim (the pejorative Jewish word for Gentile) who don’t believe that these wonderful Jewish supremacists would ever describe our Christian wives and daughters as whores. Now, the Jewish extremists are fond of always calling me a “hater,” but who is the real hater. Ex-President Carter Gets the Anti-Semite Treatment

James Earl Carter was one of the worst presidents of the United States surpassed only by the evil treasonous presidents such as Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He presided over the terminal moral decay of America in the late 1970s, and he has since then spent his time building houses for “low income” people, which invariably means Blacks and Latinos since poor Whites rarely get any charity. But now Carter has done something which might actually somewhat redeem him in the eyes of history. In his old age, he finally decided to take on the Jews, in public. No other American president has yet displayed this kind of moral courage–Richard Nixon kept his critical comments on Jewish media control strictly private, as revealed in his self-recorded tapes.

What Carter did was write a book in which he described his own attempts to get Israel to make peace at Camp David, and clearly assessed the present Middle Eastern situation, placing the blame for the current bloodbath, where it belongs: squarely on the Jews who stole the Palestinians’ land and who have created the world’s largest open air prison in Gaza, the only known attempt in history so far to lock up and imprison an entire nation of people.

Holocaust Disputer Can’t Find a Lawyer

HOLOCAUST revisionist Frederick Toben is unable to find a lawyer to defend him against allegations he has raised “serious doubt” about the Holocaust on his Adelaide Institute website.

In a subpoena served on Monday night, Jeremy Jones - the former president of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry - asked the Federal Court to jail Dr Toben for breaching four-year-old court orders because his website suggests “it is unlikely that there were homicidal gas chambers at Auschwitz”.

Mr Jones also alleges the website imputes that Jewish people who were offended by Holocaust denial or challenged Dr Toben’s theories were “of limited intelligence”.

It also claimed that some Jewish people “for improper purposes including financial gain have exaggerated the number of Jews killed during World War II and the circumstances in which they were killed”.

The subpoena calls for Dr Toben to be imprisoned for contempt of orders made by Federal Court judge Catherine Branson in September 2002.

But Dr Toben said he was working on his own defence ahead of the February 6 hearing in the Federal Court in Sydney.

“I am faced with the situation that I can’t find a lawyer to defend myself on this issue,” Dr Toben said. (more…)

Federal ‘Anti-Hate’ Bill Introduced In House

On January 5, Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, D-Texas, quietly introduced the Anti-Defamation League’s federal hate crimes bill into the House of Representatives. This is the same hate bill she introduced two years ago, which was passed by the House in fall 2005. Previously called The Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act, this freedom-stealing legislation has been repeatedly defeated, usually as a result of public outcry and Republican opposition in Conference.

ADL has dramatically changed the title. It is now The David Ray Hate Crimes Prevention Act, HR 254, in memory of a Texan adolescent brutally sodomized with a metal pipe. Ray replaces Matthew Shepard as the new poster boy of hate law propaganda. Many in Congress will be inclined to pass this legislation with their sympathy votes.

Rep. Jackson-Lee’s office told me that since the House passed this bill in 2005, it could rapidly move to the floor for a vote. If there is strong bipartisan support in Congress for a defunct bill, it can be resurrected in committee in minutes, by calling for a vote of approval.

The hate bill enjoys this kind of strong bipartisan support; it passed the House previously by a large margin. We know for sure that ADL and Pelosi plan to have it ratified during their “first 100 hours.”

Escalation in the Middle East

While the president’s announcement that an additional 20,000 troops would be sent to Iraq dominated the headlines last week, the real story was the president’s sharp rhetoric towards Iran and Syria. And recent moves by the administration only serve to confirm the likelihood of a wider conflict in the Middle East.

The president stated last week that, “Succeeding in Iraq also requires defending its territorial integrity- and stabilizing the region in the face of the extremist challenge. This begins with addressing Iran and Syria.” He also announced the deployment of an additional aircraft carrier battle group to the Persian Gulf, and the deployment of Patriot air missile defense systems to countries in the Middle East. Meanwhile, US troops stormed the Iranian consulate in Iraq and detained several Iranian diplomats. Taken together, the message was clear: the administration intends to move the US closer to a dangerous and ill-advised conflict with Iran.

As I said last week on the House floor, speculation in Washington focuses on when, not if, either Israel or the U.S. will bomb Iran– possibly with nuclear weapons. The accusation sounds very familiar: namely, that Iran possesses weapons of mass destruction. Iran has never been found in violation of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and our own Central Intelligence Agency says Iran is more than ten years away from producing any kind of nuclear weapon. Iran’s IEDs: Made in America

Now that Bush has delivered Kristol’s speech, we can expect a full-court press in the corporate media to demonize Iran in preparation for an attack against that country.

“U.S. officials tell CBS News that American forces have begun an aggressive and mostly secret ground campaign against networks of Iranians that had been operating with virtual impunity inside Iraq,” CBS News reports, or rather reads from the neocon script.

“According to U.S. military figures, 198 American and British soldiers have been killed, and more than 600 wounded by advanced explosive devices manufactured in Iran and smuggled in through the southern marshes and along the Tigris River. Attempts to disrupt these networks, combined with the decision to send a second aircraft carrier to the Persian Gulf as a warning to Iran, significantly raises the stakes, according to former Assistant Secretary of State Martin Indyk.”

Indyk is a prominent Israel Firster. He “served” as U.S. ambassador to Israel, directs the rabidly pro-Israel Saban Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings, and is a member of the Middle East Strategy Group klatsch at the neolib Aspen Institute, where he rubs elbows with Henry Kissinger and Dianne Feinstein. Aspen is a pet project of the Rockefeller brothers and the Ford Foundation.

As it turns out, these “advanced explosive devices” are from Britain, not Iran. Back in October of 2005, The Independent reported “soldiers, who were targeted by insurgents as they traveled through [Iraq], died after being attacked with bombs triggered by infra-red beams. The bombs were developed by the IRA using technology passed on by the security services in a botched ’sting’ operation more than a decade ago…. This contradicts the British government’s claims that Iran’s Revolutionary Guard is helping Shia insurgents to make the devices.”

Three Judge Panel Will Weigh Claims Of Zundel Kidnapping

CINCINNATI, Ohio — The civil liberties claims of Ernst and Ingrid Rimland Zundel will be heard January 24, 2007 by a three-judge panel in Cincinnati, it was announced today by Zundels’ lawyer, Bruce Leichty.

Ernst Zundel is the controversial German-born publisher whose views on the “Holocaust” have put him at odds with mainstream historians and prompted his detention and prosecution in Germany, where he faces a prison term of up to five years for his speech.

The appeal to be heard in Cincinnati is not legally related to the German trial but may still send an important signal about whether Zundel should have ever been exposed to prosecution in Germany in the first place, says Leichty.

The Zundels and Leichty contend that Zundel was effectively kidnapped by U.S. federal agents in February 2003 and that his deportation to Canada without a court hearing was illegal under U.S. law, especially since he was awaiting processing for U.S. permanent residence as the husband of a U.S. citizen, Ingrid Rimland.

Ingrid Rimland has compared the seizure of her husband to the experience of seeing her father seized by Stalinist secret police when she was a young girl growing up in the Mennonite community of Halbstadt in the Ukraine. Rimland later wrote a fictionalized account of her post-war sojourn as a refugee to a Mennonite colony in Paraguay, The Wanderers, and spoke to a number of Mennonite audiences about her experiences in the 1980’s. The Texan represents a dying breed in Congress, those who actually cast their votes in accordance with the Constitution and not at the discretion of lobbyists or the fear that the elite will tarnish their political careers if they don’t continually support the establishment. What Really Happened In Iran . . .

Take this for what it’s worth: what you may have heard on television or radio or read in your daily newspaper about the now-infamous international conference on the Holocaust in Iran is largely untrue, or, at the very least, seriously distorted and very much misrepresented.

In some respects, the conference was largely painted as a rally of anti-Semites, white racists, and Muslim extremists, when nothing could be further from the truth.

Instead, the conference—which included some 67 invited researchers from 30 different countries—was a diverse and eclectic gathering which not only featured a group of anti-Zionist Orthodox Jewish rabbis but also included Black speakers from the African continent, as well as Palestinian Muslim attendees and European academics who insisted that the Holocaust, as it is popularly remembered, did happen, that it was a major tragedy in which many millions of Jews were deliberately exterminated.

Thus, the false image presented by the media—that the conference was some sort of “hatefest,” dedicated entirely to the proposition of what has been called “Holocaust denial”—is anything but the truth.

Thus, if anything, the tone of the conference itself was one of genuine open debate and freedom of expression, perhaps the first time ever in modern history that an international gathering actually addressed literally “all” sides of the controversy surrounding the events referred to as “the Holocaust.”

So the truth is that there were many very different points of view being expressed at the conference, and they were hardly in agreement on any particular issue except for one possible general area of convergence: the concept that the Holocaust has been used as a political tool to steal 8,019 square miles of Palestine for the Zionist scheme to eventually take over the entire Mideast.

Not the Bethlehem of Our Thoughts

Christmas in Bethlehem this year was the most difficult in memory. This reality probably wouldn’t surprise most Americans who have a general sense of Middle East conflict. However, a survey we commissioned reveals that Americans are ignorant of many other basic facts about Bethlehem. Most Americans cannot identify our town’s location, its inhabitants, or the cause of Bethlehem’s demise according to most of its residents, Israeli military occupation.
Most Americans believe Bethlehem is an Israeli town inhabited by a mixture of Jews and Muslims, according to a nationwide survey by top U.S. pollsters Zogby International. Largely unaware of Bethlehem’s historic community of Palestinian Christians, only 15 percent of Americans realize that Bethlehem is a Palestinian city with a mixed Christian-Muslim community, lying in the occupied West Bank.

The Christians of the Holy Land are known as the Fifth Gospel or The Living Stones of the Church because Christ was born into our community and took his disciples from among our ancestors. Tragically, our community in Bethlehem may not survive another two generations if trends noted in a 2004 United Nations report on Christianity in Bethlehem continue.

Bethlehem has survived because it has remained open to the world, offering hospitality to pilgrims for centuries. This openness is threatened by the Israeli-built concrete wall and electric fences that encircle Bethlehem.

The wall is being built around Bethlehem’s urban core, though at the closet point Bethlehem sits one mile from the Green Line, Israel’s pre-1967 border with the West Bank. The wall separates Bethlehem from neighboring villages and threatens to cut off 70 percent of Bethlehem’s land, thus facilitating the expansion of Israel’s illegal West Bank settlements.

Full Steam Ahead on Iran Attack

Speaking through the unitary decider—sort of like a ventriloquist speaking through a dummy—the neocons have once again issued threats against Iran and Syria.

“In his speech to the American nation yesterday, President George W. Bush issued a warning to Iran and Syria, accusing them of taking deliberate action against U.S. forces in Iraq and enabling aid transfers to insurgents,” reports Haaretz.

“Bush said the U.S. intends to take action against Iranian proxies in Iraq, and vowed to find and destroy the networks supplying these groups with weapons and training.” In addition, and ominously if not predictably, Bush “also promised that the U.S. would work ‘with others’ in order to block Iran from developing nuclear arms and dominating the region.”

As if to underscore the importance and urgency of Iran’s prominent position on the neocon hit list, “American forces stormed Iranian government offices in northern Iraq,” essentially an act of war. “The soldiers detained six people, including diplomats, according to the Iranians, and seized documents and computers in the pre-dawn raid which was condemned by Iran. A leading UK-based Iran specialist, Ali Ansari, said the incident was an ‘extreme provocation’. Dr Ansari said that Mr. Bush’s speech on future Iraq strategy amounted to ‘a declaration of war’ on Iran,” reports the Independent.

Presidential contender’s comments about Israel lobby lead to fears that ‘conspiracy theories’ are going mainstream.

Here is an excerpt from an article on January 12, 2007 from the largest Jewish publication in America, The Jewish Week. It concerns Gen. Wesley Clark’s comments about Jewish money pushing the politicians into a war against Iran, a war that would be catastrophically damaging to the true interests of America. Once again, it shows how Dr. David Duke has been in the lead on this critical issue facing America

…On Tuesday Clark, responding to an angry call from Anti-Defamation League Director Abraham Foxman, issued a statement expressing his opposition to “conspiracy theories” about the war in Iraq.

Still, the controversy was already providing fresh ammunition for Jewish Republicans —and worrying Jewish leaders who fear that the war in Iraq and the confrontation with Iran are resulting in the spread of conspiracy theories about Jewish influence beyond a radical fringe.

In her online column last week, blogger Arianna Huffington reported on an encounter with Clark at a brunch preceding the swearing in of Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) as House speaker.

Clark, she reported, was “really angry” about a column suggesting that former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was “leading the charge” in lobbying for U.S. air strikes against Iran in 2007.

Clark, who advocates negotiations with Iran, expressed concern about what he believes is an administration plan to take military action against that country’s nuclear facilities.

When asked how he knew the administration was planning an attack, he said this: “You just have to read what’s in the Israeli press. The Jewish community is divided but there is so much pressure being channeled from the New York money people to the office seekers.” (more…)

Recently, a few supporters sent us a link to great exchange between Wolf Blitzer and Dr. Norman Finkelstein when Blitzer was an open and paid advocate of Zionist extremism in 1989. The fact that the Jewish extremist Wolf Blitzer is today a news reporter/commentator entrusted to bring us an unbiased account of the Israeli Palestinian conflict is indicative of the blatant control of the mass media by Jewish extremists.
