Verdict in the Zundel Case: 5 Years for “Holocaust Denial”?!

Update on the Zundel Saga:

Yesterday at 7:00 A.M., I received word from Ernst’s son, Pierre, that a verdict had been pronounced - and that Ernst has been sentenced to the maximum penalty for “Holocaust Denial” - five years.

That’s what you get in Zionist-infested Germany these days for speaking the truth as you know it and have researched and documented it.

The likewise Zionist-controlled media world-wide has been poisonous, but as a friend from Spain, having monitored the news, reported to me, and here I paraphrase from memory: “Things are being said between the lines that were never permitted to be uttered before.”

An example below from today’s taz, (Die Tageszeitung) in an article by Klaus-Peter Klingelschmitt):

“In the end, the judge rejected all attempts by the defense attorneys to enter facts into evidence with the lapidaren/ set-in-stone argument that it is of no significance whether or not the Holocaust happened - denying it is forbidden in Germany. (!)

Just as Ernst said in a recent letter to me, ‘even if I walked on water, it would not have made any difference.”

So there you have it!

I have been told that Ernst, in his summary statement, asked for an international investigative team to settle the truth about Auschwitz once and for all. “Judge Nein”, of course, rejected it - as he has rejected all attempts to offer expert witnesses as well as documented, scientific proof of what revisionists have calmly argued for decades.

I am waiting for a written report about this last hearing, but I have been told by an observer that he overheard one of the attorneys comment that never in his decades of practice has he experienced such uncontrolled virulence not only against the defendant but against the attorneys and even the audience. I have also been informed that Defense Attorney Rieger himself will be charged with “Holocaust Denial.” (I believe that Sylvia Stolz has already been charged, although I am not sure of the specifics.)

Shame on Germany!

Ernst Zundel sentenced to prison for 5 years for exercising free speech!

The German officials who have imprisoned a human being for speaking his political and historical opinions are the real criminals, not Ernst Zundel.

A court in Manheim, Germany has just decreed that sixty-seven year old Ernst Zundel must be imprisoned for 5 years for peacefully exercising free speech. Zundel, a soft-spoken pacifist who has always condemned violence, dared to offer opinions on the Holocaust forbidden by the German government. The Canadian Jewish Congress applauded the conviction and sentence as have many Zionist groups around the world.

Zundel, a respected artist who lived peacefully in Canada and then in America with his American-citizen wife, Ingrid Rimland Zundel, was jailed in 2003 and deported back to Canada after Jewish groups pressured American immigration to get him out of the United States. Canada imprisoned him under an Orwellian-type of law that declared him a danger to public order. All this simply for writing books and articles that intellectually contested some of the war crime allegations against Germany. Zundel has never been associated with promotion of any kind of violence.

On the contrary, he has been the victim of numerous violent attacks against him. Jewish extremists actually boasted of physical attacks against him and claimed that they burned to the ground his home and art studio. Jewish extremists have even publicly solicited his murder numerous times, but none have been imprisoned or even charged for these clearly criminal acts. (more…)

Revisionists point out that that the Red Cross, including a number of officials from the U.S., Britain, France, and Switzerland, inspected the German concentration camps (including Auschwitz) during the height of the holocaust. They interviewed thousands of prisoners and delivered thousands of packages to them. They were asked to investigate rumors of mass killings and gassings. After their investigation they reported back to the American government that they found no a trace of evidence of any mass killings, but they did say in their reports that they had found terrible loss of life from epidemics and lack of supplies caused by the war.

Why Do We Need Free Speech on the Holocaust?

Intellectual speech on an historical event is not the same as someone parading around outside naked.

In our response, We will not say that the Holocaust did not happen exactly as you and the mainstream authorities claim that it did. We will simply relate what the revisionist scholars say, and it will be up to you and other readers of Davidduke.com to judge whether their arguments have merit.

Historical or forensic research on controversial issues is considered normal about any other historical event and for any crime, even the murder of a single person. It is quite shocking to learn that there has been an almost complete absence of forensic evidence on what was supposedly the greatest mass murder of all time, the Holocaust with a capital “H.” At the Nuremberg tribunal that was intended by the victors to document and prove German murder, the autopsy records of not even a single victim’s remains were released. There were no plans, pictures, or forensic analysis of any of the alleged gas chambers presented. In every criminal prosecution of even one victim, forensic evidence of the cause of death, (proof that a murder occurred) and the murder weapon is absolutely essential. (more…)

Despite criticism, his book is work of a true patriot

At the age of 82, Jimmy Carter entered the lion’s den. With the publication of his latest book, “Palestine: Peace not Apartheid,” he did what a patriot would do: rally Americans to vigorous debate of a critical issue that affects our future. He deserves a hero’s praise. Instead, he has been attacked and defamed.

I had the honor to serve as the senior Republican on the Middle East Subcommittee of the House International Relations Committee throughout the Carter administration. Carter frequently invited me to huddles in the White House; discussions that would ultimately lead to a lasting peace between Israel and Egypt. I know Carter well and consider him a friend.

I also experienced firsthand what Carter now faces. Toward the end of my 22-year tenure in Congress, I spoke in favor of Palestinian rights and was critical of Israeli policies of Palestinian land confiscation and Jewish-only settlements on Palestinian lands. These actions were counter to American policy and values. They dimmed chances for peace.

As a result of my evenhanded position, the pro-Israel lobby poured money into my opponent’s campaign. I overcame their challenge in 1980 but lost in 1982 by a narrow margin. Still, the message was heard loudly on Capitol Hill: Criticize Israel and pay with your congressional seat. (….Full Article Here)

Interim Report on the Zundel Hearings

Ernst has told me repeatedly to brace myself for a truly shocking verdict. In one of his recent letters he wrote that “…even if I walked on water, the outcome would still be the same.”

We’ll see. I am leafing through some of his recent letters, and in one of them, dated Jan. 29, 07 he writes, right up front:

“Es geht aufwärts/Things are looking up! That may seem like gallow’s humour in my situation - a day or two away from being convicted to a prison term worse than violent rapists, dope pushers, and child molesters are given. Ingrid, rest assured - the outcry caused by the severity of the sentence will reverberate around the world and keep this case and the issues NOT dealt with squarely on the table. These people do not understand the dynamics at work. They are, like so many Germans, still victims of their induced-by-indoctrination “Weltbild”, all the while accusing me and [my attorneys] of the most vile intentions. Sometimes I think I am in a time warp…”

There is more that I will report on in days and weeks to come - for now, let’s just say that when Ernst wrote those words, he must have assumed that his prison sentence would run consecutively on the 14 charges of Holocaust Denial heaved at him. He has been threatened his sentence could be as long as 15 years!

Since then, we know that the prosecutor must have had second thoughts about that kind of a sentence - he modestly asked for “only” five years! (more…)

Neocon Iranian Mortar Ruse Fizzles

“America today blamed Iran for the deaths of 170 US troops inside Iraq, accusing Teheran of supplying insurgents with increasingly sophisticated bombs,” reports the neocon-infested UK Telegraph, a trusty propaganda tool.

“Senior defense officials in Baghdad said that Iranian-supplied “explosively formed projectiles” were frequently being used against coalition forces” and “the ‘highest levels’ of Iran’s regime were responsible for giving them to Shia militias in Iraq.”

Although the Telegraph does not mention what particular Shi’a group would use the purported Iranian “explosively formed projectiles” against American troops, we must assume they are making reference to Muqtada al-Sadr’s Mahdi army. In general, Shi’a militias are too busy killing Sunnis, and vice versa, although late last month the killing of five American soldiers at a supposedly secure U.S. facility in Karbala was blamed on “Iranian intelligence agents in conjunction with Iraq’s Shiite Mahdi Army militia,” according to the Examiner. For some unexplained reason these militant Shi’ites decided to dump the bodies of their victims in the town of Mahawil, a predominantly Sunni area.

Christian America: Lost In The Wilderness

In the fall of 1846 a wagon train of settlers well on their way to California faced a critical decision: to take the tested northwest route or a shorter untested passage over the Sierras. A mountain man who described himself as an expert on the region suggested this alternative, and the settlers took his advice. But the “expert” did not consider the lateness of the season; he offered a half-truth. Before the travelers could cross the Sierras, a blizzard descended. Most of the Donner party starved to death.

Today, Christian America faces a similar dilemma: how to escape the arctic chill of anti-Christianity in media, education, and government. Christians know they are in danger. But the wisest route of deliverance evades them.

The Donner party should have found another authority to advise them about the total reality of their situation. So the church today should consider the following point of view.

Ancient Dreams of World Empire

Two thousand years ago the ancient Pharisees, rejecting Christ, gave themselves to their spiritual father, the devil (Jn. 8:44). The apostle John describes them as agents of anti-Christ (1 Jn. 2:22) and Paul says they are “enemies of the gospel” (Rom. 11:28). Jesus calls them the “synagogue of Satan” (Rev. 2:9). Cheering Movers and Art Student Spies: Was Israel Tracking the Hijackers Before the 9/11 Attacks?

The following is an excerpt from Democracy Now! on the powerful evidence that Israel knew about the attacks in advance and treacherously did not warn America so as to prevent them. The newscast shows how arrested Mossad agents celebrated from the first few minutes of the attack because they knew who did it and how the attacks would be “good for Israel.”

A new article in the newsletter Counterpunch examines unresolved questions over whether Israeli agents were tracking the 9/11 hijackers before September 11th. ABC’s 20/20, The Forward, and Salon.com have all covered the story. But where’s the follow up? We speak to the author of the article, Christopher Ketcham; Counterpunch editor Alexander Cockburn, and Marc Perelman, the Forward reporter who did one of the first reports on the story in 2002. Freelance journalist Christopher Ketcham has just published a comprehensive piece on this story in the newsletter Counterpunch. The article highlights various interconnected stories: The five Israeli “movers” who witnesses say were cheering after the first plane struck the World Trade Center; the so-called Israeli art students who were living in concentrated areas where hijackers were living around the United States and how two of the hijackers ended up on the Watch List weeks before 9/11.

Christopher Ketcham, the author of the article, joins us on the line from Upstate New York. Alexander Cockburn also joins us on the line. Three and a half years ago you published the article Thinking About Neoconservatism it’s an excellent and factual article in which you pointed out that when members of the Jewish community reach critical mass they attempt to take over certain intellectual and political movements in order to make society more palatable to their interests and you specifically mention Foreign Policy and Immigration as their hallmark interests. What led a man of your stature to expose the truth of such a taboo subject?

Kevin: Well it’s just a matter of reading up on things. In the case of immigration I wasn’t really aware of it but while I was doing research on anti-Semitism in America I started to realize that Jews, going back to the beginning of the last century, were deeply involved in immigration movements and it was in really sort of a Jewish community interest, and that the main Jewish activist organizations in those days were all involved………………….

“We Killed Jesus Christ; We’re Proud of It”

Commentary by David Duke: The following link is to video of a Jewish settler who has stolen Palestinian land. In it he spouts hatred for his Palestinian victims, and hatred to all Christians and anyone who dares to morally object to the actions of Jewish extremists like himself.

I am reluctant to offer the video link because of the obscene language contained in it, but I do so because it is a vivid, living documentation of the Jewish supremacism I write and speak about every day. The Jewish extremist in the video expresses the true Talmudic attitude toward Jesus Christ, saying, “You and your f——g Jesus can kiss my ass…We killed Jesus Christ ; we’re proud of it.” He goes on to say, “This is our land, get the f—- out of here. The British film crew counters by saying, “This is not your land, it belongs to these Palestinian families.” Then the Jewish extremist says, “We’re going to kill you and the Palestinians…”

At this point the Jewish extremist, among a cascade of obscenities repeatedly calls the filmmaker a “Nazi” and says, “You Nazi! Call everyone you want, I’m going to kill you!”

This short one minute and forty second video encapsulates the Jewish extremist attitude, not just of this settler but of the entire Zionist movement around the world. It exposes their true Anti-Christianism, their desire to kill the Palestinians and anyone who opposes them, and how they label anyone who opposes them as a “Nazi” and “anti-Semite.” This video irrefutably exposes the unabashed evil of Jewish supremacism. – David Duke

Israeli Troops Shoot Ten-year-old School Girl

JERUSALEM, January 18, 2007 (WAFA) - Abir Aramin, ten years old, who was wounded by an Israeli border policeman Tuesday the 16th was announced brain dead this morning, International Solidarity Movement (ISM) SAID.

ISM said in a press release that the girl was announced brain dead at the Haddasa Ein Karem hospital and is being examined by a committee to determine whether or not to unplug her from life support machines.

Bassam Aramin, the girl’s father, is a member of Combatants for Peace, the Israeli-Palestinian peace organisation, adding that Israeli and International supporters have gathered at the girls School in Anata to express their solidarity and protect the traumatised students from the ongoing threat of the Israeli border police.

Hassan, a sixteen-year old student who witnessed Abir’s injury and carried her back to the girls school stated:

“the students of the girls school and the boys school had both just come out of an examination. A border police jeep approached the gathering of girls. The girls were afraid and started running away. The border police jeep followed them in the direction in which they were retreating. Abir was afraid and stood against one of the shops at the side of the road, I was standing near her. The border policeman shot through a special hole in the window of the jeep that was standing very close to us. Abir fell to the ground. I picked her up and took her to the girls school. I saw that she was bleeding from the head.”

We took the liberty of editing FanOfDavidDuke’s original two part presentation onto one video file, then replaced the sound track with a higher clarity one and also tuned-up several of the fuzzier photos.

The French author, Alexis de Tocqueville, wrote Democracy in America when he traveled here in the first third of the 19th Century. He attributed its greatness to its citizens’ sense of morality… even with the abundant church attendances he observed in America. De Tocqueville wrote in French and is credited with this familiar quote: America is great because she is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, she will cease to be great.

De Tocqueville could see the power of America, but he could not have known in 1830 that she was soon to be under an attack aimed at its churches and the very sense of morality that he extolled.

First, there was a War Between the States, which scarred the powerful young nation in its strapping youth. A worse attack on America was to commence near the turn of the 20th century. This was the onset of an attack on American Christianity that continues unabated against the traditional, Christ-following church. This attack, which author Gordon Ginn calls ?The final Apostasy,? began with a small very wealthy and determined European political movement. It had a dream, and the American churches stood in its way.
