Lerner vs. Dershowitz

The link above leads to an interesting debate between two Jews, Lerner and Dershowitz, on whether or not someone is labeled as “anti-Semitic” if they simply dare to criticize Israel. Of course, the entire argument is extremely ridiculous. Dershowitz, in the tradition of the finest shyster lawyers, emphatically says that such never happens, while Lerner says that it happens to both Gentiles and Jews. President Jimmy Carter, a man who has done as much for Israel as any American president in history, was called anti-Semitic by many mainstream Jews simply for telling the irrefutable truth that Israeli-occupied territories are a form of Apartheid state in that the settlements which are built on the land stolen from the Palestinians are completely segregated, “Jews only” enclaves. Unfortunately, President Carter would not call Israel proper an Apartheid state even though it is thoroughly segregated in education, neighborhoods, apartment buildings, whole towns and villages. Dershowitz said that only the real “anti-Semites” like David Duke who criticize Israel are “anti-Semites.” Why is David Duke a real anti-Semite in the eyes of torture-advocate Dershowitz? Could it be that he is one of the few national figures in the United States who has the courage to expose the radical supremacism of Zionism and radical Judaism? Could it be that he is unafraid to identify and criticize the Jewish extremist Neocons who have led America into the catastrophe of the Iraq War, a war in which Americans are being killed or maimed by thousands for Israel–and only for Israel?

They buy candidates, newspapers and television stations. For some reason the people who oppose Zionism don’t do these things and while it is unethical to buy a candidate for office, it’s perfectly permissible to fund candidates that will fight for truth and America first. But the wealthy in our ranks, with a few exceptions, don’t bother. Even more serious is the failure to buy into the media.

Where were the Arab-American entrepreneurs when it came to bidding for the media outlets which the unsavory Sam Zell has just acquired? Nowhere to be found. Putin in Russia has obstructed Zionist monopoly ownership of the media but in America “our” government of course favors the monopoly, because U.S. government officials have been purchased by the same Zionist money that buys up the major media. As long as the people who purport to be on the side of truth are too “frugal” (to put it charitably) and too disorganized to make a play for media owership, Americans will continue to have their minds washed, and we will have only ourselves to blame. 21 Shiites from McCain’s Market Killed

Remember that Baghdad market visited on Sunday by Senator John McCain to show how calm things are? James Hider of the London Times writes, “21 Shia market workers were ambushed, bound and shot dead north of the capital. The victims came from the Baghdad market [Shurja] visited the previous day by John McCain, the US presidential candidate, who said that an American security plan in the capital was starting to show signs of progress.”  

Kirk Semple of the NYT bothered to actually interview the merchants at Shurja market. They were surprised at Indiana congressman Mike Pence’s characterization of it as “like a normal outdoor market in Indiana in the summertime . . .”

Yeah, those Indianans are hard core. Why, they’ll kidnap a couple dozen Methodists at the outdoor market, blindfold them, drill holes in them, expose them to acid, and dump them on Main Street just before dawn to get a rise out of the police patrolmen when they show up for coffee and donuts. Exposing the Real Racists
Edgar Johnston, PhD reviews an important new book–
Jewish Supremacism by David Duke.

In 1905, a new book was catalogued in the British Library. Its title was The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, and it claimed to be the secret minutes of Jewish élitists who planned to dominate the world. Most authorities now view The Protocols of Zion as an elaborate forgery concocted by agents of the Russian Czar.

Over the last century since the book’s release, thousands of other books have been written on what is called the ‘Jewish Question’. The vast majority of them defend the Jewish people from the forces of ‘Anti-Semitism’, yet still the best selling book on the Jews since 1905 has been The Protocols, which has been published in most of the world’s languages. According to prominent Jewish leaders in Russia, the popularity of ‘The Protocols’ has now been eclipsed by a new book titled Jewish Supremacism. Unlike The Protocols, this book is no forgery, for its author is proud of his work. He is the controversial American politician David Duke, a former member of the Louisiana House of Representatives.

Jewish leaders are extremely fearful of this book. I can illustrate the cause of their concern by giving an example of David Duke’s technique in exposing what he calls “Jewish supremacism.”

If any prominent political person in the Western World publicly announced that Jews are frequently disloyal to nations where they live and that they view Gentiles as racially inferior, he would face excoriation as an ‘anti-Semite’. Probably, he would be driven from office. Duke has no need to make such claims, for he simply quotes very prominent and powerful Jews who make his point for him.

From the Horse’s Mouth

In the first few pages of Jewish Supremacism, Duke quotes Dr. Stephen Steinlight, a former head of National Affairs for the largest Jewish organisation in the United States. Here is the quotation taken from a 2001 magazine article written by Dr. Steinlight:

‘I’ll confess it at least, like thousands of other typical kids of my generation I was reared as a Jewish nationalist, even a quasi-separatist. Every summer for two months of ten formative years… I attended Jewish summer camp. There, each morning, I saluted a foreign flag, dressed in a uniform reflecting its colours, sang a foreign national anthem, learned a foreign language… and was taught the superiority of my people to the ‘Gentiles’ who oppressed us.

‘We were taught to view non-Jews as… people less sensitive, intelligent and moral than ourselves.’

This method of quoting major Jewish figures and sources is used hundreds of times in Duke’s book to advance his thesis that there is a powerful Jewish supremacist element in Judaism and Zionism that threatens not only the freedom of the Palestinian people but all nations, including the United States.

Duke also uses direct quotes from the Talmud and other major Jewish sources, such as the Jewish Encyclopedia to expose a long-standing cadre of hateful, anti-Gentile Jewish supremacists. Shocking quotes are displayed from major Jewish magazines that boast of a Jewish supremacy over the media and politics of the United States. He finds disturbing and hateful words from Jewish leaders, such as Ariel Sharon, which openly support genocide, and he reveals quotations from Israeli leaders who equate Zionism and Nazism. Of course, he also cites many prominent Gentiles of historical and contemporary times, but the Jewish quotations and sources have the greatest power. Frankly, they are so convincing that Jewish leaders have sought to get the book banned in many nations.

Interestingly, Jewish Supremacism was published first in Russia, the same nation that gave birth to The Protocols of Zion. In 2000 it quickly became a best seller throughout the entirety of the former Eastern bloc. It even sells briskly in the corridors of the Russian Duma (Parliament) and has prompted Levinsky, Goldman and other leading Jews to seek its ban under old Soviet laws forbidding ‘anti-Semitism’.

In the Autumn of 2000, Levinsky and others filed a formal complaint to the Russian Prosecutor General and asked for the book to be classified as anti-Semitic and thus illegal. After a year of close examination (they painstakingly verified all 669 of the documentations), the Russian Government shocked the Jewish community by officially declaring that the book is not anti-Semitic. Jewish members of the Duma then introduced new legislation aimed at outlawing Jewish Supremacism, but it failed by a few votes. (more…)

Captain Ward Boston felt obliged to reveal what he knew of the attack in the Navy Times after Bill Kristol published articles and gave talks which supported the official Israeli Government line.

A couple of days ago he spoke to Mark Glenn, an American Free Press reporter who is writing a story on the USS Liberty.

Both men will be with us this Tuesday, April 3, to discuss the biggest US naval loss since WWII.

On Monday, March 26, 2007 in Northern Gaza a river of raw sewage and debris overflowed from a collapsed earth embankment into a refugee camp driving 3,000 Palestinians from their homes. Five residents drowned, 25 were injured and scores of houses were destroyed.

The New York Times, Washington Post and the television media blamed shoddy infrastructure. The Daily Alert (the house organ of the Presidents of the Major American Jewish Organizations) blamed the Palestinians who they claimed were removing sand to sell to construction contractors thus undermining the earth embankment. The disaster at Umm Naser (the village in question) is emblematic of everything that is wrong with US-Israeli politics in the Middle East. The disaster in this isolated village has its roots first and foremost in Washington where AIPAC and its political allies have successfully secured US backing for Israel’s financial and economic boycott of the Palestinian government subsequent to the democratic electoral victory of Hamas.

AIPAC’s victory in Washington reverberated throughout Europe and beyond as the European Union also applied sanctions shutting off financing of all new infrastructure projects and the maintenance of existing facilities. At the AIPAC conventions of 2005 through 2007, the leaders of both major American parties, congressional leaders and the White House pledged to re-enforce AIPAC’s boycott and sanctions strategy. AIPAC celebrated its victory for Israeli policy and claimed authorship of the legislation. In addition to malnutrition, the policy undermined all public maintenance projects.

Equally central to the disaster, Israel’s massive sustained bombing attack on Gaza in the summer of 2006, demolished roads, bridges, sewage treatment facilities, water purification and electrical power plants. Northern Gaza was one of its many targets, putting severe strain on already precarious infrastructure and government budgets ñ including the maintenance of sewage treatment plants and cesspools. For all those journalists and politicians who keep insisting that there are new “glimmers” of “hope” in Iraq because of the new security plan started 6 weeks ago, here is a sobering statistic from the Iraqi government. (I’m looking at you, John McCain. See below for more on McCain).

Iraqis killed in February: 1806 (64.5/day)
Iraqis killed in March: 2078 (67/day)

That is a 15% increase!

(Of course, the real numbers are much higher than these government statistics suggest, since passive information gathering on casualties only catches a fraction).

While 44 Iraqi soldiers died in action, the total for US troops in March was 85. AFP is suspicious about the disparity given that US and Iraqi authorities have said that Iraqi troops are leading the security crackdown. If that were true, they should have more casualties than the Americans.

Killings in Baghdad have declined a bit, and death squad murders at night have been impeded, so that fewer bodies are found on the streets in the morning. But car bombing casualties rose. And, some of the violence was displaced from the capital to other cities, such as Baqubah and Mosul, which explains why the total is up so much. The US withdrew some 3,000 troops from Mosul last summer to concentrate them in Baghdad, and since then Mosul seems to me to have become increasingly insecure. It is Iraq’s second largest city.

Bush and Blair Want War out of Sailor Incident

The mainstream media is trying to portray Bush as tough and decisive (as opposed to his usual deranged and tyrannical) in the midst of the British Sailor incident. The neocons have been praying to their subterranean god for an incident so that they can wage a brand new war on Iran. I wonder how many people know that the Iranians have said they would release the British sailors if the British simply admitted that they were trespassing into Iranian territory. Not an unreasonable request especially considering that all the believable evidence shows the British were in Iranian territory. 

The closest thing to a neutral observer in this episode would be Iraqi fishermen, who witnessed the incident. [1] One news source reports “The Iraqi military commander of the country’s territorial waters cast doubt on claims the Britons were in Iraqi waters. ‘We were informed by Iraqi fishermen after they had returned from sea that there were British gunboats in an area that is out of Iraqi control. We don’t know why they were there.’ ”

The truth has never been important to George W. Bush. After all, Bush didn’t hesitate to bury Joe Wilson’s report prior to the Iraq War (a report that contradicted the neocon propaganda campaign). Bush is perfectly willing to ignore neutral eyewitness reports to this particular incident. More troubling for him is the fact that the British are even admitting that they were closer to Iran, than Iraq. (more…)
