Abortion: The Kosher Slaughter

By Jayne Gardener
Dr. Duke comments

Who drives the abortion industry in the United States? Want to hazard a guess? If you said that the main movers and shakers behind the pro-abortion movement in the U.S. are Jews, you win the grand prize.

While there are, of course, prolife Jews who are disturbed by the abortion rates in both the United States and Israel, I would venture to say that they are certainly in the minority, especially in the U.S. Their low regard for Gentile life at any stage of development is reflected in the number of abortions performed by Jewish doctors (about half of all abortion providers are Jewish) [1] in Jewish owned “women’s clinics” (about a half of all such clinics are owned by Jews)[2] which is way out of proportion when you consider what a small percentage of our population Jews comprise.

Various people have commented publicly about the disproportionate number of Jews in the abortion rights movement. For instance, Kenneth Mitzner, founder of an organization entitled The Pro-life League Against Neo-Hitlerism said: “It is tragic but demonstrably true that most of the leaders of the pro-abortion movement are of Jewish extraction.” [3]

First, let’s take a look at the Talmudic view on abortion. The Mishnah, comprising the first part of the Talmud, provides a source for understanding the Jewish position which assumes that life arises only at birth which is when they believe that ensoulment takes place. So long as the fetus, or the most important part of it, its head, has not come out into the world, it is not called nefresh (a human soul) and therefore an unborn fetus is not to be considered a living being until birth.

The old testament, in Exodus 21:22-23 shows us that the Jews did not regard unborn lives as human beings as reflected in the laws during that period:

War Costing $12 billion Per Month

Congressional Research Service

The non-partisan Congressional Research Service released a report Monday saying the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are costing about $12 billion every month, nearly 50 percent more than two years ago.

The report said the “burn rate” for Iraq was about $10 billion of that total, while the U.S. was spending about $2 billion in Afghanistan.

Major reasons for the increased costs, the report said, include President Bush’s troop surge, plus the costs of replacing worn out equipment or gear and war machines destroyed in combat.

The Vietnam War, which lasted roughly from 1964 to 1975, cost U.S. taxpayers about $650 billion, adjusting for inflation. The U.S. has spent nearly that much on the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

President Bush has before Congress a request for another $147 billion in war funding. Congress approved an additional $99 billion in funding in May after a lengthy battle in Congress and a Bush veto of a measure introduced by Democrats to force the president to set a timeline for withdrawing U.S. forces.

Chutzpah

By NAN Staff

Although the Jews see themselves as “God’s Chosen People,” their tribe having a special deal with God and therefore everyone else does not and their scripture authorizes a different treatment for Gentiles, they won’t let themselves be attacked as “racist” or concede that this concept is “hurtful and “insulting.”

The Jews also complain about pogroms and collective punishment of Jews, yet freely dish it out to Palestinians and complain that the Pope doesn’t believe that the Germans are collectively “responsible.”

How do they get away with it?

When the Jews dominate the media with their own people and are well organized with attack groups like the ADL quoted in the article, there is no independent, level playing field to probe hypocrisy. Without the development of media representing our interests and organization building to counter this, it will remain this way.

Pope’s move on Latin mass ‘a blow to Jews’ - Jason Burke in Paris - The Observer

Jewish leaders and community groups criticised Pope Benedict XVI strongly yesterday after the head of the Roman Catholic Church formally removed restrictions on celebrating an old form of the Latin mass which includes prayers calling for the Jews to ‘be delivered from their darkness’ and converted to Catholicism.

Free Speech: Hits and Misses

By Harmony Grant
Paul Fromm comments

Bad news first. The Supreme Court ruled against freedom in the case commonly known as “Bong Hits 4 Jesus.” They said a public school could punish a student for displaying those four words on a large banner on public property during a school event, because the sign might be seen as promoting drug use. Dissenting Justice John Paul Stevens stood up for the First Amendment and accused the majority of discriminating against speech based on the viewpoint it expresses, which is forbidden by our Constitution.

Conservatives and Christians had joined with leftists to defend the student’s right to hold that banner; they knew a ruling against this student could be used to censor other students’ religious and political expression. Unfortunately, they lost. It was one defeat in the ongoing war for freedom of speech, the lifeblood of our unique nation.

We can pray this life blood will look a little more precious to the Supreme Court when and if they hear another recent case, an appeal of a ruling by the liberal 9 th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In this case, the Circuit Court also ruled against free speech, upholding the action of Oakland, CA to forbid two Christian women from circulating a flyer supporting the “natural family.” The women’s government workplace was simultaneously allowing gay activists to use workplace facilities to advocate homosexuality!
