Israel Violating The Genocide Convention

The Genocide convention is back. Readers who were supporters of Liberty Lobby and its newspaper, The Spotlight, which was destroyed by agents of the federal government because it became too influential, will remember the Genocide Convention (GC).

The text of the GC is reprinted below. It was ratified by the Senate on Oct. 19, 1988, and promptly signed by President Ronald Reagan on Nov. 4, 1988.

It is clear that the worst offender against the principles of the Genocide Convention is Israel, which signed onto the treaty on March 9, 1950. In its drive to take over the holy land, Israel has dispossessed at least a million Palestinians whose ancestors have lived in Palestine for more than a thousand years or more. Uncounted thousands of men, women and children have been killed, dispossessed, chased into refugee camps where they have lived for generations and mercilessly been starved and treated like dogs.

Under the terms of the Genocide Convention, Israel is guilty of uncountable crimes as clearly defined in article 2 of the GC. In their aggression, the Israelis have killed anyone who has stood in their way. One example is peace activist Rachel Corrie; an attractive young California blonde who was murdered by an Israeli bulldozer on March 16, 2003. What’s A Nice Girl Like Me Doing In A Place Like This?

I am almost ashamed to admit it now, but for the better part of my life I was liberal on a lot of issues. I was anti-death penalty, pro-gun control, pro-gay marriage (more or less) and believed much of the nonsense imparted to me by the Jewish feminist harridans. I also believed many of the lies fed to me by the Liberal (Jewish) media.

Of course, I was born and raised in Canada where being on the left is pretty much a requirement for citizenship. It could be in mother’s milk or perhaps in the water, but whatever the reason, Canadians pride themselves on being “progressive” and “multicultural,” while not even understanding that, by supporting multiculturalism and unfettered immigration, they are signing the death warrants for all Canadians of white European descent.

Most Canadian sources of news, including both the print media and television stations, are Jewish owned and controlled. In fact, in the city where I lived before moving to the U.S., the only local daily paper was owned by Can West Global, a Jewish conglomerate which insists on an editorial policy that allows for no criticism of Israel within its pages. Obviously there is not going to be any objective coverage of middle eastern affairs in Canada when the majority of those responsible for the dissemination of news have a decided pro-Israel bias.

It wasn’t until I struck up a friendship with Patrick Grimm of Zionist Watch that my opinions were challenged and I began my journey from there to here. Patrick patiently explained to me where he was coming from on the important issues of the day and encouraged me to read Thomas Sowell’s The Vision Of The Annointed, which I did.

Meeting Patrick and reading that book changed my life.

Impolite Conservatism

If you turn on your AM radio, you will get a mental picture as well as an audio earful of the haggard, tired face of American “conservatism” in all its mediocre malsplendor (which is a word I just coined, fusing together malformed and splendor). Everything related to the American brand of supposed cutting-edge “conservative” thought (or groupthink) is polite, archaically out-dated and washed-up. Rush Limbaugh, once the poster boy for a new style of radio, iconoclastic as it jeered liberal sacred cows, now seems recycled and a format out of steam and any fresh ideas. It’s just Republicans vs. Democrats in all its knee-jerk and unthinking staleness, rehashed again and again and again. What amazes me is that people still digest this drivel with a straight face almost as if they are actually digesting profundities rather than banalities, banalities that ceased to be relevant a long time ago.

The most unsettling aspect of “conservative” talk radio is the utterly polite nature of it. Not only are the pundits, Limbaugh, Hannity and O’Reilly predictable, they are so boring and “paint-by-numbers” that you can anticipate their position on any given issue before the words even leave their mouths, spewing the public airwaves with silliness and anti-thought. What transpires on AM radio is not a real intellectual process, but a series of what I would deem “postures and gestures” signifying little or anything more than the host’s delight in hearing his own voice. It’s polite, polite, polite, which means that it’s vanilla, and a vanilla that has been sitting on the counter of Baskin-Robbins a few days before consumption.

What we need is a new conservative movement in this country, what I will christen an “impolite conservative movement” that is unafraid of defying convention and the big guns of both parties. In fact, the two-party system and their antiquated platforms would have to be discarded completely by this new “impolite conservatism” I am attempting to flesh out. What would be some of the public positions that would be seen as “impolite” by the Establishment? Allow me to list them.

Bush Pressured Prosecutor to Railroad Border Patrol Agents

Most Americans have probably never heard of Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. We know that the federal government doesn’t give the Border Patrol what it needs. We know that the Feds failed to build the Border Fence, which Americans demanded and Congress approved before the 2006 election. We know that millions of illegals are allowed to run loose in our society with no real threat of deportation. But most of us didn’t know just how vicious our own government could be toward Border Patrol agents, who tried to enforce the law.

An article about the Ramos and Compean case notes “BE A BORDER Patrol agent: Do your job, go to prison. That’s how the job must look to agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean. In February 2005, the agents tried to stop a van driven by drug smuggler Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila near the Mexico border. After a scuffle with Compean, Aldrete-Davila fled on foot. Ramos says he saw a gun — which the smuggler denies. Both agents fired at Aldrete-Davila, who fell, but continued his escape across the border. After he got away, Ramos and Compean filed a report on the 743 pounds of marijuana they found in the van, but not on the gunfire. As it turns out, Ramos had shot Aldrete-Davila in the butt. A Homeland Security agent heard about the episode, went to Mexico and offered Aldrete-Davila immunity, if he testified against Ramos and Compean. U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton, a Bush appointee, prosecuted the agents…”

A Reform to Restore the People’s Power

The American political system has failed. The fabled checks and balances of American politics were no match for a neoconservative administration with a secret agenda. The American people were deceived and tricked into supporting two invasions that are war crimes under the Nuremberg standard.

US aggression against Afghanistan and Iraq and the indiscriminate slaughter of civilians have radicalized Muslims throughout the world and swelled the ranks of insurgents. Despite the “surge” and an additional 30,000 US troops in Baghdad, the US is unable to protect its own embassy. On July 10, the fortified Green Zone, which contains the US and British embassies and the puppet Iraqi government, came under intense mortar and rocket attack. Within the protected Green Zone, 18 people were wounded and 3 were killed.

The US military commander in Iraq, General David Petraeus said that the US is a decade away from victory in Iraq. Gen. Petraeus could have added another truth and acknowledged that the US military lacks sufficient fresh troops to remain in the conflict. Last year Colin Powell said the US Army is “about broken.” The US military is exhausted by the insurgencies and will be driven out if not withdrawn.

Gen. Petraeus assumed command in January. Six months later, Petraeus says “the question is how can we gradually reduce our forces so we reduce the strain on the army.”

America’s Biggest Threat

“Our greatest foes, and those we must chiefly combat, are within,” says Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes. Keep that in mind as the continued drumbeats of the “War on Terror” urge fear of militant Islam. Yes, Muslim extremists threaten violence to American lives. But far more dangerous are those who destroy from within the legal and moral foundation of our nation. They terrorize with words not weapons, with influence not explosions.

A European Police Office report on 2006 terrorist attacks in 11 European nations recorded 498 incidents with only two deaths. Just one of the attacks was carried out by Muslims, and no one died. ¹ Muslim terrorism does threaten the United States . In 2006, Muslims were behind at least a dozen terrorist attacks worldwide. But while Islamic terrorists are painted as the greatest global threat to western civilization, a hidden group of extremists pose a far greater danger. They truly hate the Christian American way but the threat they pose cannot be spoken. “Islamofascism” is routinely discussed by all media; even Christian political ambitions are attacked by leftist opinionmakers. But the influence and ambitions of one still more powerful ethnic/religious group are not even mentioned.

I am speaking of organized world Jewry, a politically powerful and aggressive minority of Jews worldwide. Today, even discussing Jewish power is called “anti-Semitic.” But extraordinary Jewish writer Philip Weiss dares to tell the truth: “Anyone who seeks to describe the sociology of American leadership and can’t talk about this is being intellectually dishonest. It’s like talking about the history of football without talking about blacks.” (MondoWeiss, 2006)

Few dare identify the impact of Jewish influence in our society. If such power can’t even be acknowledged, we certainly can’t discuss the shape it takes or the Talmudic racism and anti-Christianity that characterize it. In deafening silence, Jewish/Zionist activists—established in the powerful Anti-Defamation League, organs of the Israel lobby and media elite—have done more than any Muslim to unsettle the foundation of American liberty and values.

Tancredo Announces ‘Overdue’ Immigration Reform

(CNSNews.com) - Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) on Wednesday announced plans to introduce legislation that would overhaul the U.S. immigration system by placing tighter restrictions on legal immigration and increasing pressure on illegal immigrants currently in the country to leave.

“Throughout the immigration debate, out of touch amnesty-only critics of enforcement have tried to hide behind their cry of ‘what is your solution?’ Well this week we will show them and the president what immigration reform should look like and what the American people deserve,” Tancredo said in a statement announcing the proposal.

Tentatively dubbed the Optimizing Visa Entry Rules and Demanding Uniformed Enforcement (OVERDUE) bill, Tancredo’s proposal would “restor[e] America’s immigration system to more traditional numbers and encourages the assimilation of America’s most recent great wave.”

Tancredo, a long-shot candidate for the 2008 Republican presidential nomination, acknowledged that his proposal “will undoubtedly be unpopular among the political elites, big business and big labor, but it is legislation that this country has been calling for, and I dare say, needs.” (more….)

Elders of Zionism debate ethnic cleansing of Palestinians

Zionist leaders from around the world are debating ways and means to effect further ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in the West Bank and East Jerusalem as well as consolidating Jewish influence and domination in the western hemisphere, especially North American and Europe.

Participating in the three-day conference, organized by the Jewish People Policy Planning Institute (JPPPI), are leaders of major Jewish organizations in the United States and Canada as well academics, rabbis and Jewish business tycoons from around the world.

Speakers at the conference will include, among others, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, opposition head MK Binyamin Netanyahu, JPPPI Board Chairman and former US ambassador Dennis Ross, Jewish Agency Chairman Ze’ev Bielski, and Brandeis University President Jehuda Reinharz.

One paper to be discussed during the conference, entitled “The Jewish People in 2030,” suggests that the world is unlikely to see a significant increase in the number of Jews.

Furthermore, the paper states that “the Jewish people is facing a serious problem of high quality leadership, spiritual, political and professional with no clear trend of improvement.”

According to the Israeli media, participants, dubbed as the crème de le crème of the Jewish people, are discussing three main themes: growing western opposition to the Israeli occupation of Palestine, which many delegates viewed as expression of “anti-Semitism,” strengthening Israel’s Jewish identity, an implicit reference to Israeli efforts and plans to check Palestinian demographic growth, and assimilation of Jews in the West.

Speakers have castigated “voices critical of Israel” at the American arena, an apparent reference to a recent study by two prominent American academics which claimed that the American policy in the Middle East was largely determined by Israel and its powerful Jewish lobby and also to the recent publication of a book, carrying the same message, by former President Jimmy Carter.

WorldNetDaily Smears Yasser Arafat

The Jerusalem office of WorldNetDaily has “bravely” smeared Yasser Arafat accusing him of having died of AIDS and worse. I won’t even list the url for this article since it’s the worst piece of Jewish deceit I’ve seen in a long time.

The WND article by Aaron Klein which came out of the Jerusalem office of WorldNetDaily couldn’t possibly be ZIONIST PROPAGANDA, could it?

Yasser Arafat was killed by a mystery poison by Israeli assassins. David Duke was almost killed by a very exotic poison most likely served up on an El Al Flight after Duke took a trip to Palestine. That’s how the Zionists like to kill high profile enemies –discreetly.

Yasser Arafat had taken part in too many peace conferences and was recognized by too many foreign governments for the Israelis to simply murder him directly the way they killed American peace protester Rachel Corrie or British peace protester Tom Hurndall.

Then there was Irish Nobel Peace Laureate Mairead Maguire who was among a number of people shot by Israeli troops at a nonviolent protest of the “apartheid wall” in the Palestinian village of Bil’in, near Ramallah. Democratic Defectors and the Israel Lobby

In November, the American electorate repudiated Bush’s Iraq debacle and established Democratic majorities in both the House and Senate promising to bring this “flawed policy wrapped in illusion” to a decisive end. Bush vetoed their withdrawal timetable, but voters urged their leaders to hold the line and not be bullied. In the end, though, 37 Democratic senators capitulated and gratuitously gave the President his $100 billion no-strings- attached blank check . . . enough money to pay tuition and fees for 1.3 million college students for four solid years!

Deep disappointment set in. Cindy Sheehan, the liberal icon, was so demoralized she resigned and returned to private life. In June, a CNN poll reported that “respect for Congress” plummeted to the lowest level “ever recorded.”

Bloggers called them “traitor Democrats”, and the descriptor is apropos. At the time of the vote, sixty-two percent of the American people favored a time-table for a withdrawal, but, more significantly, “seventy percent” of Democrats were so inclined. Voting against this burgeoning tide of anger betrayed the will of the people and party that put these Democrats in office.

Curiously, all of the traitor democrats were huge career recipients of funds from the Israeli lobby. If we took ten Democratic apostates and compared them to ten Democrats who stood by the voters, pro-Israeli PAC contributions were “ten times” greater for the turncoats than those who stayed with their constituencies ($322,000 versus $34,000 on average).

To be specific: Carl Levin, outspoken critic of the war and, we thought, a loyal supporter of the new regime to end it, defected and blithely turned his back on his Michigan support base. Despite his strident anti-war rhetoric, the Grand Rapids Independent reports Levin has supported Bush all the way “consistently funding the war and not introducing any meaningful legislation to bring it closer to an end.” Practically unknown to his constituents, Levin is one of the largest beneficiaries of Pro-Israeli PAC funds collecting $600,000 in career contributions according to the Washington Report on Mideast Affairs.

Barbara Boxer, Denis Kucinich, and Earl Blaumenauer, all opponents of the war, collectively got $73,000, but turncoat-democrats, Dan Durbin, Max Baucus, and Frank Lautenberg scooped up in excess of a million plus untold benes like travel funds.

My Own Awakening

I get comments from different people who promptly do a verbal pile-on, scolding, demonizing or insulting me for my views. They seem to attack me from a faulty starting premise, assuming that one day I just woke up and thought it might be a profitable and entertaining gig to start bashing Jews for fun. This is false and I’ll tell you why.

My whole life, until the last two years, I have been a constant and ardent defender of the Jewish people and the state of Israel. Some of this devotion or loyalty to Jews came from my Christian evangelical upbringing, though I never went to a church where Jews were fawned over or treated with a kind of semi-worship. I wasn’t exposed to that. But I was taught that Jews were somehow special and that we should support them. I picked this up almost by osmosis. I went to a Christian school as a youth where conservative Christian teachers spoke of Jews and Jewish traditions with respect and tolerance.

But I always had nagging questions that I could never answer about the Jewish people. I had heard all the “public relations” statements from Jews who spoke of their people as “a kingdom of priests”, a “Chosen People”, a “Holy nation” and many other names that they assigned to themselves or lifted from the pages of Scripture, specifically the Old Testament. My biggest question always seemed to be, if all these terms are legitimate names for the Jewish people, then why do so many Jews seem to be wrapped up in movements that are often jeopardous for our society, like abortion, homosexual rights, radical environmentalism, etc? The big inquiry I made was “Why do Jews always seem to be on the left side of everything?”

These queries were things I wrestled with for many years, always desiring to give the Jewish people the benefit of the doubt, rather than imparting sinister or evil motives to them as a whole. I continued my research on Jews unabated and read many books written by Zionists and by authors sympathetic to Jews, and for a while these volumes quieted my concerns.

It wasn’t until I chose to go to many “questionable” websites, questionable from a philo-Semitic worldview at least, that I unearthed other facts that had been expunged or omitted from the pro-Jewish information I had ingested over many years. I even read David Duke’s book Jewish Supremacism with some trepidation and uneasiness in my heart and mind. (You can read Duke’s book HERE.) But then I noticed something that was particularly damning to the philo-Semitic side of the fence. Almost all of the sources he used were Jewish, and many of them were from well-known and well-respected Jews who obviously had no broad animus towards their own people, but were just having moments of candor which happened to be written down or reported. None of the sources that Duke utilized were from any even potentially questionable sources. His research was impeccable and unassailable.

Why We Should Fear Zionism More Than Islam

Once, as I was speaking to an appreciative audience, a fly turned his undivided attention to me. Round and round he flew, landing on my nose, forehead, even lips. I sputtered and tried to ignore him. I couldn’t. I tried to swat him. You know it’s futile. The audience grew both embarrassed and amused as my speech was brought to a standstill by the power of the fly. 

This tiny creature controlled the auditorium with his power to disrupt. He harmed my presentation, maybe my public image. But I wasn’t physically hurt, nor was my audience. The fly’s power was disproportionate to his size but was only the power to annoy, not destroy. Afterwards, life went on as usual for the dispersed audience, the institution where I spoke, and me. 

My metaphor of the fly serves my premise: Powers of disruption do not necessarily equal lasting, substantive power – power that belongs to great nations and compelling systems of thought. In the six years since September 11, Islamic militancy (outside of Iraq) remains, not unlike my pesky fly, more of an irritant to the west than a force capable of truly overcoming our civilization.

Terrorists, apparently Islamic, recently struck in Scotland and England. Their attempts were bungled, but they reinforced the media-heightened conviction that Islamofascism is the western world’s greatest threat today. But is it?

9/11, carried out by Muslim hijackers, was an unprecedented outrage and tragedy. Yet it happened, like Pearl Harbor, to a nation whose guard was down. Today, relatively speaking, the guard of the world is raised. Could something like 9/11 happen again? Yes. But it is not necessary to agree that Islam is the west’s greatest threat in order to keep it from happening.

As a result of Israel’s oppression and expulsion of the Palestinians over the past 75 years, the Arab world has been driven to frenzy. The largest percentage of terrorist crimes committed by a single ethnic/religious group is committed by Islamic radicals. Yet, despite the impression given by mainstream news media, these terrorist attacks against Israel and the West since 9/11 constitute no more than 25 percent of such violence worldwide. Most terrorist acts are committed by nationalist and Marxist insurgents, from Peru to Uzbekistan. (See, List of Terrorist Incidents)  The feared “power” of Islamic militancy to actually create disasters like 9/11 has not materialized. But there is a power that can destroy the freedoms and moral values of the west, corrupting us from within.
