Do Jews Dominate American Media? And So What If We Do?

At least a half dozen times in recent months, the suggestion has come from serious people that Jews predominate in the American media–that if we are not dominant, we are a major bloc. In a Yivo event on Jews in journalism I’ve blogged about, a questioner said that Jews’ outsize proportion in the media has granted us “a large influence over power.” In his groundbreaking paper on the New York Times’s role in shaping American policy toward Israel, Jerome Slater spoke of “religious beliefs and identifications” that affected the Times, and cited former executive editor Max Frankel’s admission in his memoir (one also cited by Walt and Mearsheimer): ” I was much more deeply devoted to Israel than I dared to assert.”

Lately broadcast reporter John Hockenberry related that he wanted to do a piece on the hijackers’ motivation after 9/11 but that NBC executive Jeff Zucker scotched the notion:

“Maybe,” Zucker said, “we ought to do a series of specials on firehouses where we just ride along with our cameras. Like the show Cops, only with firefighters.”… [H]e could make room in the prime-time lineup for firefighters, but then smiled at me and said, in effect, that he had no time for any subtitled interviews with jihadists raging about Palestine. [Weiss’s emphasis]

Then last month at a forum at the Nixon Center, former Bushie Dov Zackheim said, Jews don’t dominate the policy-making process, but the media is a different story…

I don’t know that anyone has visited the simple question raised by these statements: Do Jews dominate the media? This is something I know about personally. I’ve worked in print journalism for more than 30 years. I’ve worked for many magazines and newspapers, and for a time my whole social circle was editors and writers in New York. I don’t know television. I don’t know Washington journalism well. I don’t know the west coast. My sample is surely skewed by the fact that I’m Jewish and have always felt great comfort with other Jews. But in my experience, Jews have made up the majority of the important positions in the publications I worked for, a majority of the writers I’ve known at these place, and the majority of the owners who have paid me. Yes my own sample may be skewed, but I think it shows that Jews make up a significant proportion of power positions in media, half, if not more.

John McCain funded by Soros since 2001

Candidate’s Reform Institute also accepted funds from Teresa Kerry

As Sen. John McCain assumes the GOP front-runner mantle, his long-standing, but little-noticed association with donors such as George Soros and Teresa Heinz Kerry is receiving new attention among his Republican critics.

In 2001, McCain founded the Alexandria, Va.-based Reform Institute as a vehicle to receive funding from George Soros’ Open Society Institute and Teresa Heinz Kerry’s Tides Foundation and several other prominent non-profit organizations.

McCain used the institute to promote his political agenda and provide compensation to key campaign operatives between elections.

In 2006, the Arizona senator was forced to sever his formal ties with the Reform Institute after a controversial $200,000 contribution from Cablevision came to light. McCain solicited the donation for the Reform Institute using his membership on the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. In a letter to the Federal Communications Commission, he supported Cablevision’s push to introduce the more profitable al la carte pricing, rather than packages of TV programming.

Yet, the Reform Institute still employs the McCain campaign’s Hispanic outreach director, Juan Hernandez, as a senior fellow of its Comprehensive Immigration Reform Initiative.

As WND reported, Hernandez serves as a non-paid volunteer for the McCain campaign. A dual Mexican-U.S. citizen, he was a member of former President Vicente Fox’s cabinet, representing an estimate 24 million Mexicans living abroad. Hernandez, with a “Mexico first” message, has argued aggressively against building a fence on the Mexican border, insisting the frontier needed to remain wide open so illegal immigrants could easily enter the U.S. (…Full Article)

When we conclude our run on Friday, we will do so with our popularity at its zenith, bowing out with grace, honor and integrity.

We’ve accomplished a great deal, setting many precedents in the process. We proved that even in today’s “Politically Correct” climate, a mainstream pro-White broadcast could not only survive, but thrive! We took the best hits that the ADL and SPLC could deliver and they were never able to make a difference. These organizations, powered by their hated of the European American majority, were not able to intimidate our station management, whose support of our program is as ardent today as its ever been. We stood toe-to-toe with the enemies of Western culture, beating them soundly by staying on their air until we were ready to move on, thereby exposing to everyone just how impotent these anti-American organizations are when matched up against men who aren’t weak in the knees. Americas Greatest Threat

Polls show voters in this election year most concerned about issues such as healthcare, the economy, and immigration. Yet the American people face a much greater threat. This threat is never publicly acknowledged, much less debated on national TV. 

Supremacist Jews dominate ownership of mainstream American media; they are able to favorably promote only the candidates they prefer. Is it any surprise that only liberal-leaning, pro-Zionist candidates are Presidential front-runners? (See, Jews Confirm Big Media Is Jewish)

Through controlling the largest TV networks and book/newspaper publishers, Jewish media moguls encourage Zionist and liberal ideas. They influence political debate on civil rights, hate laws, immigration, unconditional support of Israel and war with Iran —as well as sexual morality. The record of Jewish-dominated media is that it initiates discussion and acceptance of ideas that destroy our national culture and morals. 

Mainstream media gives the impression that the anti-Christian ideas they promote have risen on their own merit. Nothing could be further from the truth. We evolved from slime? A woman has every right to kill her unborn child? Sodomy is “gay” (a happy alternative to marriage)? These powerfully destructive premises are artificially and constantly inserted into national discussion. Traditional Christian values are excluded or belittled. 

The 21st century voter has watched a lifetime of Jewish-produced TV and movies and read primarily only the largest Jewish-owned newspapers and periodicals (such as Time, Newsweek, US News and World Report, etc.). He believes his thinking starts with untainted premises. He thinks that reasoning from such premises will bring him truth. How wrong he is! If he does not question the premises implied by liberal Jewish media, he can’t help arriving at liberal conclusions. 

Jewish media thus creates an electorate very attracted to a “mainstream” combination of liberal, pro-Zionist, semi-conservative ideas. Voters are pre-programmed to elect middle-of-the-road politicians. Such officials lack the character necessary to ever resist the power brokers who, through generations of mass conditioning, manufacture the kind of voters who put them in office.

Whites to be minority in US by 2050: study

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Immigration will drive the population of the United States sharply upward between now and 2050, and will push whites into a minority, projections by the Pew Research Center showed Monday.

“If current trends continue, the population of the United States will rise to 438 million in 2050, from 296 million in 2005,” an increase of nearly 50 percent, the study by the Washington-based think-tank said.

More than 80 percent of the increase will be due to immigrants arriving in the country and their US-born children, who will make up nearly one in five Americans by 2050 compared with one in eight in 2005, it said.

Whites, who currently make up around two-thirds of the US population, will become a minority (47 percent) by 2050, the report said.

The Hispanic population, currently the largest minority group, will triple in size and double in percentage terms from 14 percent in 2005 to 29 percent in 2050, the report said.

The Asian population will roughly double in percentage terms, from five percent to nine percent, while the black population will remain static at around 13 percent.

There will be no “experts” on television shows stating that this is the result of the “hate speech” conducted by Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the various Black grievance groups. There will be no analyses of school curriculums concerning playing down slavery and Black victim hood.

No one is going to say if you are feeling “oppressed,” why not go to one of the numerous Black ruled municipalities in the area. (Of course these are wrecks.)

Imagine what would have happened if a frustrated White had gone on the attack against a Black city council? How would it have been handled? Would it have been portrayed as a “White supremacist” with a gun?

Where are the newspaper charts next to the main article listing Black grievance rampages and riots?

Oversensitive Jewish groups angry at Pope Benedict

Here’s why:

Jewish leaders have reacted with disappointment to the Vatican’s new version of a Good Friday prayer for the conversion of Jews and said it could set back inter-religious relations by decades.

Expectedly, the outrage is being led by professional offendee, Abraham Foxman of the ADL. So what sent him flying to his soapbox? Here’s the hurtful prayer:

“Let us pray for the Jews. May God our Lord enlighten their hearts so that they recognise Jesus Christ saviour of all men.”

It continues: “Almighty and everlasting God, you who want all men to be saved and to reach the recognition of truth, graciously grant that with the fullness of peoples entering into your Church all Israel may be saved.”

How dare Catholics believe that their religion might actually be true, and that the offer of salvation might extend to the Jewish people! What an outrage!

Press releases aside, Foxman and his thin-skinned friends aren’t so much offended by the liturgical prayer as they are by orthodox Christianity itself. They experience our religion as a theological rebuke to Judaism, and in a sense, it is. But so what? Ancient Judaism played a similar role in relation to the tribal paganism of the time. Should the Israelites have toned down their criticism of idolatry so as not to, you know, tick off the rock-worshippers? I’m guessing Foxman would say no. — InSideCatholic.com

I’m sure you have known for a very long time that you have quite a following out here. Many folks appreciate the way you have brought the subject of immigration to the front of the American debate. I appreciate it too. But, for lack of a better word the “showdown” on Monday between yourself and La Raza’s reprehensible mouthpiece Janet Murguia was not what I would call productive television. While many of us out here who are sick unto death watching our nation demographically fall to the Third World – legally and illegally — were rooting for you, all we saw was two obsessed backers going at each other by hook or by crook, proving once again how the wrong approach to Ms. Murguia’s Mexican advocacy was a waste of time. You see, in spite of all of her platitudes about ‘hate’ and ‘racism’ her ideas are couched in the preservation and welfare of her race and a barely concealable hatred of America because of its European American foundation. In my opinion you Mr. Dobbs blew a great opportunity because you did not give it back to her with an equally vociferous argument; that you want America to retain its white majority because it simply works better that way. Kevin MacDonald, author and Professor of Psychology at Cal State University, Long Beach (CSULB), faces censure and stigma on the very campus where he teaches. His crime? Publishing scholarly books which explore expressions of Jewish ethnocentrism and modes of Jewish deception throughout history. Most contentious is his monumental work “The Culture of Critique”.

MacDonald is under siege on numerous fronts by an interconnected array of Jewish-lead organizations. These attacks are a back door assault on intellectual freedom. One of the major players in this war on Free Speech is a self-declared ‘civil right’s’ organization calling itself the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). This heavily-funded, highly-positioned and crypto-Jewish watchdog group receives extensive TV exposure and labels MacDonald’s scholarship “anti-Semitic” and “neo-Nazi”. These tendentious mischaracterizations enable Jewish activists within the SPLC to hide their identity (and ethnic-based motives) while they marginalize dissident scholars like MacDonald and intimidate others from speaking out in his defense. At least one imperious agent of the SPLC paid CSULB a highly-publicized visit some 15 months ago in an ostentatious attempt to undermine MacDonald’s reputation there and spread the usual high doses of fear and intimidation for which Jews are now famous.

Now, a coalition of of CSULB faculty (mostly Jewish) are moving to formally repudiate MacDonald by threatening to issue a politicized edict dissociating CSULB’s Psychology Dept. from MacDonald’s independent scholarship. This is nothing less than a modern day ‘inquisition’–and it’s taking place in an American university! These despicable attacks on a courageous scholar are a stunning rejection of the cherished value of intellectual freedom. In a previous era, this level of arrogance might embarrass even the most ethnocentric Jew, but the exalted status of Jews-as-victims now affords this group unique privileges to which members have become addicted. Nixon Tried to Strangle Israel Lobby in Its Crib

Imagine a truly great American like Thomas Jefferson being reincarnated, and then imagine him running in a primary against the political equivalent of FDR and Bill Clinton posing as Republicans. Then imagine Thomas Jefferson losing to two of the worst politicians in American history. Well, if you were watching the election results for the Republican party on Super Tuesday, you don’t have to imagine anything, it was real.

A Reuters article reports “McCain won nine states, including key victories in California and big Northeastern states to take a daunting lead in the Republican race. He captured a huge haul of delegates who select the party’s presidential nominee, in part because many of the 21 Republican contests were winner-take-all. Republican rivals Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee kept their hopes alive and vowed to fight on. Romney won six states and Huckabee won five. ‘Tonight, I think we must get used to the idea that we are the Republican Party frontrunner for the nomination,’ McCain told supporters in Scottsdale, Arizona.”

The best man in the election, Ron Paul has apparently had the worst day with results mostly in the single digits and a few possible second place finishes. The “Amnesty twins” John McCain and Mike Huckabee have reportedly won the day. McCain took New York, California and several other states delivering a crushing defeat to Mitt Romney, who limped home with a total of six mostly small states. Mike Huckabee scored five states, winning a good portion of the South, setting himself up as a likely vice president for McCain. (more…)
