The Demjanjuk Case: A Huge Failure of Justice

US to Deport Accused ‘Nazi Camp Guard’ John Demjanjuk

In the first case against John Demjanjuk, it was claimed that he was a sadistic, murderous guard named “Ivan the Terrible.” He was extradited to Israel, spent five years in an Israeli prison and was sentenced to death. Congressman James Traficant and Pat Buchanan made it known there was conclusive evidence that the accused was not “Ivan the Terrible.” Demjanjuk was returned to the United States and many people thought that he would finally be left alone after being so horribly and wrongly persecuted for so long.

The organization prosecuting Demjanjuk is the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). They appear to prosecute only cases involving alleged Nazi war crimes while ignoring war criminals hiding in the US from Communist countries. The head of the OSI is Eli M. Rosenbaum.

Some people however were not happy about Demjanjuk escaping the original charges against him and embarrassing the people so eager to put him to death. Amazingly, a second round of persecution against John Demjanjuk was started claiming that he was a guard in a different camp. This time there wasn’t even a claim that he abused prisoners. The latest accusation was generated by the same branch of our judicial system, that came up with the completely false earlier charges.

When Thought is a Hate Crime

In New York State, a 16-year-old high school student was jailed and faces felony charges for a note and prank phone call harassing a fellow student, who is black. In NY state, felonies are crimes for which imprisonment of a year or more can be given. Felonies are the worst crimes. Compare: a fistfight is usually a misdemeanor, a speeding ticket, even lesser, is an infraction. [While no one defends this type of behavior, thousands of teenagers harass and make stupid threats against each other every day in American schools -editor] Why was this kid charged with a felony for a stupid prank? His arraignment wasn’t really about the note and prank call. He was arrested to make a statement about social intolerance of certain viewpoints or attitudes against “targeted groups.”Under hate crime laws, certain groups including racial minorities, Jews and homosexuals, enjoy heightened protection. The teen’s black victim is given special privilege not afforded the victim of a race-neutral slam.Hate laws exist to make political statements against racial or religious bias. They say, “These groups have been historically victimized. Bias against them is far worse than bias against anybody else because it terrorizes a larger community. Bias against them is far worse than bias against whites or Christians or straight men, or an individual you just happen to hate for no good reason.”

Hate laws—and especially a federal hate law—are a hot ticket right now. Last month, the Civil Rights Officer of the U.S. Coast Guard Kenneth B. Hunter hosted a forum on how to prevent future hate crimes. Co-leaders of the event included reps from big shot organizations and even the government—Ivy R. Williams of PEERS (Parents Education for Eliminating Racism in Schools), Azekah Jennings of the U.S. Department of Justice, and Robert Trestan of the Anti-Defamation League. (more…)

Did ADL Influence California “Gay Marriage” Ruling?

After the California Supreme Court’s decision to legalize same-sex marriage, the Anti-Defamation League rejoiced:

“We are pleased by the court’s decision supporting the right of same-sex couples to marry, and welcome this reaffirmation of equal protection for all.

We are also gratified that the court agreed with our assertion that the law raised privacy issues, exposing gay individuals ‘to detrimental treatment by those who continue to harbor prejudices that have been rejected by California society at large.”

ADL was, in part, congratulating itself.

Last September ADL and ten homosexual organizations submitted a coalition brief to the California Supreme Court urging legalization of homosexual marriage. Authored by law firm Proskauer Rose, LLP, the brief charted 24 pages of the best legal arguments for same-sex marriage in California. On this legal “highway,” it may have been easier for the liberal California Supreme Court to go where ADL wanted – to decree that it is unconstitutional and discriminatory to bar homosexuals from the privileges, privacy, and protections of marriage. The Supreme Court’s 4-3 decision for gay marriage, in fact, largely mirrors ADL’s well-known position. ADL argues that anything less than equal marital status makes homosexuals “second-class citizens.”

I document in my recent e-alert, “Jewish ABC Celebrates Gay Marriage,” that Jewish activists, whether in the media or anti-Christian “civil liberties” attack groups, are demonstrating not only vehement anti-Christianity but spectacularly powerful ability to shape legal opinions and morality.

Predictably, in all the public outrage against the California Supreme Court decision, there is little thought that Jewish activism helped make it happen. As usual, “the gay lobby” draws fire from the religious right. Once again, Jewish activists escape suspicion. Unaffected by the tumult, they prepare for their next blasphemous movie, “hate crimes” law, or perverse court decision. Meanwhile, Christians, wearied by Jewish media corruption, sag beneath yet another empowerment of evil.

Senate Amnesty Vote Postponed ’til Wednesday — Time to Create a Grassroots Firestorm to Stop It

Because the House of Representatives unexpectedly delayed the Iraq supplemental spending bill late Thursday, the full Senate won’t be allowed today to vote on the amnesty bill that the Senate Appropriations Committee unexpectedly took up and approved Thursday.

It now looks like the full Senate won’t be allowed to vote on the amnesty for around 1.3 million illegal alien ag workers (plus their families) until next Wednesday.

That gives us some time to beat this atrocity.

Grant a three-year work visa followed by a permanent greencard to all illegal aliens who have been working as shepherds, goat herders and dairy herders.

Grant a five-year work visa to the estimated 1.3 million illegal aliens working in other agricultural jobs — plus all of their families. There is no instruction on what happens after the five years.

Grant a tripling of the maximum number of H-2B visas for lower skill, non-agricultural seasonal workers.

Grant industries an extra 218,000 additional permanent green cards for skilled foreign workers.

Friends, perhaps you are thinking what I’m thinking: Don’t these Senators know that we are in an economic recession, or close to it? Don’t they know that unemployment rates have been going up and that industries across the country are shedding both skilled and unskilled jobs?

The President who officially recognized Israel had Secret Thoughts about Jewish Cruelty

On the 6oth anniversary of the murderous and terroristic creation of the Israeli State it is interesting to learn of the private sentiments of the U.S. President who recognized Israel and thus facilitated it’s brutal cruelty and mistreatment of the Palestinians.  A recently discovered diary of President Harry S. Truman indicates that the former president may have had a strongly negative opinion of Jews. In the diary, which includes 42 entries written in 1947, Truman recounts a conversation he had with Henry Morgenthau, the Secretary of the Treasury, who had phoned to discuss the fate of Jewish refugees. In criticizing the approach of Morgenthau, who was Jewish, Truman wrote in a July 21 passage,

“The Jews, I find are very, very selfish. They care not how many Estonians, Latvians, Finns, Poles, Yugoslavs or Greeks get murdered or mistreated as D[isplaced] P[ersons] as long as the Jews get special treatment. Yet when they have power, physical, financial or political neither Hitler nor Stalin has anything on them for cruelty or mistreatment to the under dog.”

The Jewish extremist Morgenthau and his infamous Morgenthau Plan which was instituted during the first year of allied occupation of defeated Germany, purposefully caused the starvation, sickness and death of hundreds of thousands of German civilians, mostly women and children. (more…)

The unexpected views of four key diplomats who were close to events

Just consider the following:

• Joseph P. Kennedy, U.S. Ambassador to Britain during the years immediately preceding WW2 was the father of the famous American Kennedy dynasty. James Forrestal the first US Secretary of Defense (1947-1949) quotes him as saying “Chamberlain (the British Prime Minister) stated that America and the world Jews had forced England into the war”. (The Forrestal Diaries ed. Millis, Cassell 1952 p129).
• Count Jerzy Potocki, the Polish Ambassador in Washington, in a report to the Polish Foreign Office in January 1939, is quoted approvingly by the highly respected British military historian Major-General JFC Fuller. Concerning public opinion in America he says “Above all, propaganda here is entirely in Jewish hands…when bearing public ignorance in mind, their propaganda is so effective that people have no real knowledge of the true state of affairs in Europe… It is interesting to observe that in this carefully thought-out campaign… no reference at all is made to Soviet Russia. If that country is mentioned, it is referred to in a friendly manner and people are given the impression that Soviet Russia is part of the democratic group of countries… Jewry was able not only to establish a dangerous centre in the New World for the dissemination of hatred and enmity, but it also succeeded in dividing the world into two warlike camps…President Roosevelt has been given the power.. to create huge reserves in armaments for a future war which the Jews are deliberately heading for.” (Fuller, JFC: The Decisive Battles of the Western World vol 3 pp 372-374.)
• Hugh Wilson, the American Ambassador in Berlin until 1938, the year before the war broke out, found anti-Semitism in Germany ‘understandable’. This was because before the advent of the Nazis, “the stage, the press, medicine and law [were] crowded with Jews…among the few with money to splurge, a high proportion [were] Jews…the leaders of the Bolshevist movement in Russia, a movement desperately feared in Germany, were Jews. One could feel the spreading resentment and hatred.” (Hugh Wilson: Diplomat between the Wars, Longmans 1941, quoted in Leonard Mosley, Lindbergh, Hodder 1976).
• Sir Nevile Henderson, British Ambassador in Berlin ‘said further that the hostile attitude in Great Britain was the work of Jews and enemies of the Nazis, which was what Hitler thought himself’ (Taylor, AJP: The Origins of the Second World War Penguin 1965, 1987 etc p 324).

Is all of this merely attributable to antisemitism?

The economic background to the war is necessary for a fuller understanding, before casting judgement on the originators of these viewpoints.

Ironically, the person most used by the media to exemplify “racism” is David Duke, yet Dr. David Duke has always condemned violence and any kind of racial hatred. He simply says that all races have the right to preserve themselves and their heritage, their culture, their rights,  and their freedom.  Dr. Duke is vilified by media because he says European Americans should have those same rights. Typical of the media canonization of anti-White, violent hate speech, is their treatment of Nikki Giovanni, the teacher of Cho, Virginia Tech’s mass murderer. Giovanni was even chosen to deliver the closing remarks at the ceremony memorializing the slaughter of 32 Virginia Tech students. The Zionist Infiltration and Control of Amnesty International

Preface by David Duke –The following lines were written by Francis Boyle, a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. Between 1988 and 1992 he was a board member of Amnesty International USA.  He shows how Zionists have infiltrated and influenced Amnesty International to downplay the vast human rights crimes of Israel against Palestinians. Although the founding tenet of Amnesty International is that people should never be imprisoned for exercising freedom of speech and conscience, Amnesty has announced that they will refuse to help any of the thousands of people imprisoned for daring to question parts of the Holocaust story.

Strange, I always thought that the principle of freedom of speech was a basic human right that should be applied even to those with whom one disagrees. By announcing that Holocaust questioners should not be protected in their freedoms, Amnesty International now enables  despots and dictators to justify their imprisonment of people simply by saying that certain ideas are reprehensible, seditious or incorrect. By refusing to defend the human rights of those who simply disagree with the establishment view of the Holocaust, Amnesty has in effect condoned terrible human rights violations of Holocaust questioners. It is not anti-Semitism to recognize that when Jews rise to prominence in organizations and institutions they usually put the interests and agenda of their own people first. That’s a natural thing when most Jews are raised on daily doses of the “Holocaust” and historical Gentile “anti-Semitism” and the need for Jews to support each other and Israel. 

In my race for Governor of Louisiana, even though I had a perfect American Medical Association voting record in the House of Representatives, a Jewish officer in the AMA sent a letter to New Orleans which threatened to cancel the AMA convention scheduled for the New Orleans Superdome if Louisiana dared to elect me. The Jewish-owned Times-Picayune then ran a photo copy of the letter on the front page announcing that my election would bring economic ruin to the city and the state. The same process occurs in most organizations where Jews become predominant. A perfect example can be shown in the Jewish domination of the current anti-war movement.  Much of the Jewish-influenced movement promotes the idea that the Iraq War was a war for oil and dismisses the overwhelming role of Jewish Neoconservatives, the Jewish-dominated American media and the Jewish Lobby in the Iraq War.  The Israel lobby uses bribes and threats to control Amnesty-USA. And, since Amnesty-USA pays about 20% of the budget for Amnesty-England, the Israeli lobby controls London too. We have just learned that sellout Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Larry Craig (R-Idaho) have successfully inserted the “Ag Jobs” amnesty components into a defense spending bill.

This amendment has been accepted by the Senate Appropriations Committee and has been added to an Iraq War spending bill.

They could vote on the spending bill today or tomorrow. If the bill passes with this language included it will grant a form of AMNESTY to millions of illegal aliens working on farms.

Take immediate action…

1. Call Dianne Feinstein and Larry Craig and give their staff an earful within reason. Follow-up your call with an e-mail or fax.

2. Call both of your US Senators immediately. If you get a voicemail, leave a message. Tell your Senators NO AG JOBS AMNESTY! NO DEFENSE SPENDING BILL WITH AG JOBS IN IT! Make sure you call, and immediately send a written complaint after calling.

3. Then proceed to call as many other members of the US Senate as possible with the same message. Call them all if you can.

We need a strong and immediate reaction from across the nation to this move by Feinstein and Craig!

Freedom of Speech for Americans?

An Associated Press article reports “When members of an anti-illegal immigration group offered to sponsor litter cleanup on local roads, they never imagined California officials would offer them an Adopt-a-Highway stretch near a Border Patrol checkpoint on Interstate 5, the main artery carrying illegal migrants north from the U.S.-Mexico border… On Friday, lawyers for the San Diego Minutemen told a federal judge that the state had no right to rescind the offer after state legislators complained to the California Department of Transportation.”

The Minutemen got a stretch of highway near the border?! Who says bureaucrats have no sense of humor? And what might be the ethnicity of those “state legislators” who are objecting? How exactly did they become state legislators without any rudimentary understanding of the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights?

The AP article notes “The group asked that its blue Adopt-a-Highway sign be put back where it stood without incident for about six weeks until the agency removed it in January. ‘We were moved to silence our message in response to pressure from the open border advocates and the Latino caucus,’ said Minutemen attorney Robert Fuselier. ‘It all comes down to one thing: We can’t have our speech because if we do, people who don’t like it might become unruly and unlawful.’ ”

Wiki, the Chaos Controlled

In the art of surveillance, there is a cunning ploy, familiar to the readers of Le Carre: the target is followed by a clumsy gumshoe; he discovers he is being tailed, easily shakes the tail off and goes on, feeling secure and unobserved. Unbeknownst to him, there are other detectives who stick to him like glue and follow him to his perdition. Professionally it is called a “double tail”.

Apparently, some of us were duped by such a ruse in the peculiar affair of a Zionist plot to infiltrate Wikipedia. This powerful online encyclopaedia is ostensibly free and open: everyone can be an editor, add or edit any entry. Editors remain anonymous; their true identity is hidden behind a nickname. This rule has a serious drawback: using this anonymity, a dedicated group may infiltrate the system by stealth, distort reality and create a false picture of the world in the eyes of billions. Apparently this script has been recently enacted.

Conspiracy? Yes. Jewish conspiracy? You bet! The damning email exchange was intercepted and published, revealing a radical Zionist plot to bend “Wiki.” A moderate leftist (some would call it ‘tame’) US-based pro-Palestinian site EI revealed that the radical-extremist Zionist organisation CAMERA called for “volunteers who can work as ‘editors’ to ensure” that Israel-related articles on Wikipedia agree with their right-wing-Zionist agenda. This effort was to be kept secret from the media and the public. Stealth and misrepresentation were presented as the keys to success. A CAMERA official advised the volunteers to sign up as editors for Wikipedia and afterwards to avoid editing Israel-related material for a while, in order to “avoid the appearance of being one-topic editors”. The orchestrated effort was to appear as if it were the work of unaffiliated individuals, and for this reason the editors were to avoid picking a user name that marked them as pro-Israel, or that let people know their real name. The emails taught Zionist apprentices how to act in the interests of Israel while using neutral language. The emphasis was on the long run side of the operation: “This is a marathon not a sprint”, a Zionist instructor nicknamed ‘Zeq’ taught his apprentices in the email exchange. (more…)
