Equal Rights for All — Even for White People!

Dear Dr. Duke,

I would like to compliment you on an excellent Web site. Keep up the good work. I have been a supporter and follower of your’s over the years and now I am writing to ask a small favor.

Here in Michigan we have collected over 500,000 signatures to have the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative placed on the Nov. ballot. You may be familiar with it. This State constitutional amendment would, if passed, ban racial preferences in State hiring, contracting and in State College admissions. We had to fight several court battles and will face well funded, organized opposition from the “usual suspects” Sharpton, Jackson and a host of local race hustlers.Our supporters are led by Ward Connerly ( former Calif. board of regents member ) who led similar fights in Ca. and Washington state.We are lucky to have Jennifer Gratz, who was a plaintiff in the U of M suit that went to the Supreme court and ended in a split decision ( thanks to Sandra Day O’Conner ) that allowed racial preferences to continue, albeit, under different guidelines, running our effort here in Michigan.

According to the most recent polls, we currently have about 55%-60% support for M.C.R.I.,but it will be tough to maintain once the race hustlers get their propaganda machine in full gear. Of course the Michigan mass media are against us, along with the liberal State Universities etc., etc.

What I am writing to ask you Mr. Duke, is to do what you can through your news letter, your website, etc. to let people know about M.C.R.I. and give out the address of our organization ( MCRI PO Box 1398 Southgate Mi.48195)

Please understand that I am not writing as an “official” representative of MCRI, but rather as an individual who believes that what you and I are fighting for is just,and that wanting a future for our children and grandchildren is worth fighting for.Please give it some thought and if you feel that there is some constructive way that you could help our cause, it would certainly be appreciated. We truly are on the front lines here in Michigan and this vote could be a great victory for us in November ! — A Michigan Supporter
