Latest Hearing Delayed

The State persecution of BNP Leader Nick Griffin and Director of Publicity Mark Collett continues with a retrial at Leeds Crown Court.

The date of the retrial was set to be Monday 30th October however due to “administrative reasons” the case has been delayed to Wednesday 1st November. It may indeed be true that the Court is chock full of cases that the Free Speech Two trial has been delayed but there is a distinct possibility, and one doesn’t need to be overly paranoid about the way New Labour deals with its dissidents, that this delay was orchestrated to dent the number of supporters turning up outside the Crown Court.

Whereas the motley crew that turn up to chant against Free Speech are benefit-scrounging lay-abouts, students skipping lectures, full time left wing union officials and professional “anti-racists” the vast majority of BNP supporters are full time employees holding down a job or self-employed business folk who struggle to get time off at short notice. Those who had planned to attend on Monday 30th would have made arrangements with their employers, clients well in advance.

Civil Liberty and the Christian Council of Britain have both pledged to get their own supporters to the rearranged court hearing.
