CHILDREN’S SCHOOL BOOKS: PORNOGRAPHIC SEX
CHILDREN’S SCHOOL BOOKS: EXPLICIT INCEST, MASTURBATION, HOMOSEXUALITY, ABORTION.
Commentary by Dave Cooper
This article is about children’s school books. Most articles on this site are usually accompanied by an illustration. You’ll notice that this article is not. That’s because the online pictures that were available from these children’s books were just too explicit for this family blog. Laurie Taylor, a parent who is protesting these school books, has a website that includes quotations and pictures from these books that you can examine for yourself. The website’s address is listed below. You be the judge.
“They’re beyond vile,” Mrs. Taylor said of the 53 novels her group has asked the school board to sequester in parent-only sections of the school libraries. “They’re not informational, they’re not sex education. They’re just pandering sex to young people. It will curl your toes.”
What is the school board’s response to the concerns expressed by the parents that their children are being indoctrinated with porn? The superintendent of Fayetteville Public Schools described the parent effort to identify sexually explicit books in school libraries as “almost a cancer that grows within the total body of our school district.
What? Parents who oppose their children being exposed to porn are “a cancer that grows within the total body of our school district”?? What kind of sick insanity is this?
In contrast, Mike Masterson, a columnist for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette in Little Rock, the state’s largest newspaper, calls Mrs. Taylor’s cause “selfless and noble…”She has had the gall to insist that parents of all elementary, middle and high school-age children actually be informed when their children check out one of the more than 70 books that concern her,” he wrote in a recent column. “These would be books that speak in grossly inappropriate terms about promiscuous romps of all imaginable shapes and forms, including incest with both parents.”
“This issue … is only about a parent’s right to rear children in the way he or she believes is best without the state providing hidden, potentially corrupting influences.”
After reading this article, you might want to dig out that old copy of Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World and review, say, chapter three, where actual sex acts between children are a required part of the school curriculum, to see where all of this is going:
“For a very long period before the time of Our Ford, and even for some generations afterwards, erotic play between children had been regarded as abnormal (there were roars of laughter); and not only abnormal, actually immoral (no!): and had therefore been rigorously suppressed.
‘A look of astonished incredulity appeared on the faces of his listeners. Poor little kids not allowed to amuse themselves? They could not believe it.”
Now the same people who dominate the pornography industry, the same people who dominate the White slave trade, the same people who created the holocaust industry are the same people who control the educational system that seeks to destroy the Family and is poisoning our children with lies and with political indoctrination and with every other kind of abomination.
You know it’s true!
Now what are you going to do about it?? What are you going to do about it?
Anyway, here’s the article:

Kids’ Access to Explicit Library Books Restricted After Ark. Parent Complains
By Jim Brown
(AgapePress) - A Christian mom in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has succeeded in getting the city’s school board to remove three books endorsing offensive sexual practices and pornography from the district’s elementary and middle school libraries.
On Thursday the Fayetteville School Board decided to relegate the three controversial books to the district’s Parent Resource Center libraries. This move means The Teenage Guy’s Survival Guide, It’s Perfectly Normal, and It’s So Amazing are now accessible to children only if their parents give them written permission to check out the books.
Laurie Taylor, a mother of two, had protested the books since January, arguing that they did not belong in schools because of their “vile” nature. The Arkansas mom became mortified after reviewing one of the books, which she says “had very, very explicit sexual pictures, descriptions of sexual activity,” and also contained “advocacies of homosexuality,” and “had an advocacy of abortion.”
Taylor says the literature she examined and found objectionable promoted a licentious attitude towards sex of all kinds. She describes the messages she encountered in the material as “Have sex with whoever, whenever, whatever,” and “Don’t feel guilty about having sex; if you feel like you’re old enough, then you are.”
The concerned parent says her next course of action will be to ask for an overall audit of each of the Fayetteville school libraries to make sure they are purged of all indecent materials. She contends that an “overall agenda” is being carried out in many schools, and its objective is “to sexualize our children, to desensitize them to homosexuality, and to perpetuate the myth that it’s normal.”
Hence, the name of one of the books, Taylor notes, referring to It’s Perfectly Normal by Robie Harris. “I mean, that’s just ludicrous,” the Fayetteville mother remarks. She says the book “specifically states that everything is normal,” and promotes the idea that “it doesn’t matter who you fall in love with or who you have feelings for or what kind of sexual activity you want to participate in.”
Psychologist Dr. Warren Throckmorton reviewed It’s Perfectly Normal and the other two books at Taylor’s request. He says some of the materials may actually be illegal, considering that they urge children to use pornography.
