The Text of David Duke’s “My First Day in the White House”

“I, David Duke, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the constitution of the United States.”

My Dear Citizens of the United States of America:

I first want to thank all of you who had the courage to vote for me and to acknowledge my Vice-President Patrick Buchanan. He will have an important roll along with me in defending the true interests of the people of the United States, because today never have the American people been in more peril. Our real peril is not from powers that threaten us from abroad. Our greatest peril is truly from those within our own borders who have loyalties to powers abroad and other loyalties than to the body of the American people. These aliens of allegiance sit in the highest seats of power and have an agenda that threatens the very existence of what we call America and Americans as well as threaten the happiness, life and liberty of many other peoples around the world. For they use our country, our money, our guns, and our blood to advance their sinister agenda.

The oath I just recited I take seriously. As your President I will defend the Constitution of the United States and not treat it as a scrap of paper to be perverted with graffiti and tortured interpretation. And as your Commander-in-Chief take follow the same oath that every American military man or woman takes… to defend the American people and our Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic. That is my most important job as your President. Not only have recent Presidents not protected and defended the American people; they actually have caused the endangerment and death of thousands of Americans.

My friends, our greatest enemies have never been foreign nations themselves, but those enemies among us whose loyalties have been to those foreign nations. They have wheedled their ways into the seats of political and media power and send this nation on a disastrous course.

The last president who took this oath of office violated it by sending hundreds of thousands of good and loyal Americans in our military to die or be maimed in a war that had nothing to do with the true interests or security of America. The Iraq war is insane. The occupation of Iraq is insane. One of the reasons I am now your newly-elected President is that you knew that I stated from the beginning that this war was solely based on the lies and subversion of men such as Wolfowitz and Perle, men who are in the service of Israel rather than the United States. Both of these fifth columnists had previously written papers for Israel promoting the Iraq War as one vital for Israel!

Of course, Wolfowitz, Perle and even the whole cabal of Jewish supremacist Neocons could not create this war all by themselves; they had the support of the Israel-first mass media. And they had the support of too many politicians who would sell out our country for the monetary and other kinds of support provided by alien lobbies such as AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) and the mass media’s approval. Imagine, the most powerful lobby in our own United States Congress is not a domestic lobby but one for a foreign nation! No wonder America is in such deep trouble.

Thank God that most people are now aware of this, even despite the Jewish-dominated media in the United States. For that we owe thanks in great part to the Internet.

The former president has squandered a national treasure in this Zionist-inspired war. Not only has this war cost America over 150 billion dollars that are so needed in American life, it has driven up the price of oil to historic records that have cost America and the world trillions of dollars in higher energy costs! The loss of trillions of dollars has fallen hard on all Americans not only in vastly increased costs for gas and oil but higher prices for just about everything. All of which you will remember that I and my Vice-President Buchanan had predicted before the war.

Instead of the war lessening the terrorist threat against the United States, even the former President himself last week admitted that the terrorists have been strengthened by the Iraq War. Well of course they have. When you go to war based on a lie, kill upward of a hundred thousand men, women and children in the name of liberating them, and violate every part of the Geneva Convention on torture and treatment of prisoners, what in God’s name do you expect?

My dear citizens: Any government that would torture and abuse people of other nations would do the same to its own citizens. I can tell you that that abuse will end at this very moment.

So help me God the perpetrators of such abominations and the men at the top ordering such will suffer the ultimate consequences already prescribed by military law.

And what about our freedoms, the precious freedoms bequeathed to us by our forefathers that have been eroded by the infamous Patriot Act heralded by the Jewish supremacist Michael Chertoff who will soon be the former head of homeland security?

These policies of the so-called Patriot Act are at the heart of anti-Americanism and against every human and civil right as denoted by the Constitution of the United States, the same document that every elected official is sworn to uphold and defend. The Patriot Act ends now.

I will immediately instruct the Justice Department to file Federal Court action declaring the Patriot Act unconstitutional.

Any Government that would try to disarm the people of a nation who never harmed America would do the same thing to the American people. And we have seen that happen increased levels of gun control in America. Again the Constitution is being defied every minute, but no one keeps notice. You can’t get any more clear than the right of the people to quote, “keep and bear arms.” But somehow the new tyrants in Washington do find a way. That ends now!

In regard to the Iraq war, I have ordered a general withdrawal from Iraq in an orderly manner commencing at 0100 hours tomorrow morning and ending as quickly as it can be accomplished with due consideration for the safety of American military personnel and the return of American military equipment from the region.

Our American military personnel returning from Iraq will be immediately deployed along the Mexican-American border where they will stem the most serious threat to our country, the illegal alien invasion.

The Iraqis must determine their own future. The American government in the future shall be determined to be friends with whatever government that the Iraqis themselves choose, but never again will we get involved with trying to force our views on other nations and peoples.

I will now share with you my other decisions on the foreign and domestic policies of the United States. Those who have controlled the foreign policy and trade policy of the American government have inflicted great harm on our Country.

The government of the United States has fostered the destruction of millions of American jobs and businesses by the infamous process called outsourcing. That ends now!

Beginning tomorrow I will issue executive orders forbidding the sending of American jobs overseas.

The government has set trade policies with Third World nations that have destroyed American infrastructure and manufacturing. It caused American companies that want to survive to be forced to locate their manufacturing overseas. This ends now!

I will issue executive orders rearranging the favored-nation trading status of many Third World nations. European and other nations with similar standards of living can and should become mutually beneficial trading partners, but only where their specialties can contribute to the benefit of the American people.

No longer will we destroy our own infrastructure for nations who are little more than slave-wage economies.

We will also tie our trade policies with a nation’s concern for our earth’s environment. For instance, unless nations such as Brazil act to protect the Amazon rain forest, we will not only take away favored nation status but penalize trade with that nation and urge the same penalties be evoked by other leading consumer nations such as the European Union. Together we can save the earth’s forests and vital resources.

The government has supported with billions of your dollars the criminal state of Israel, a nation which has committed espionage and committed terrorism against the United States such as in the Lavon Affair and the Attack on the USS Liberty, events that every American must now become informed about. The control of our foreign policy by Jewish supremacists and Israeli fifth columnists ends now

I have, as of the beginning of this speech, issued an order to block all military and financial aid to Israel. In addition, Israel must completely vacate the occupied territories in compliance with United Nation’s resolutions that the United States has previously supported. Israel has violated ten times as many of UN resolutions than did Saddam Hussein. Unlike the stupid and terrible act of the Iraq War, America will not go to war against Israel or any other *nation on such a pretext, but I certainly will not support the Israeli state and I will urge other nations to make Israel a pariah state until it acts to end its barbaric practices against the Palestinians and other Mideast peoples.

I will also demand complete dismantling of all Israeli illegal weapons of mass destruction, especially those of a biological, chemical and nuclear nature. If Israel does not destroy its weapons of mass destruction and allow international inspections, America will initiate trade and other severe sanctions on the Israeli state.

This Administration will actively work to see such policies are adopted by the rest of the world, which I am certain will occur quite rapidly, as it has only been Zionist control of our foreign policy that has stymied joint action against Israel. That ends now!

The American government has sent billions of dollars your tax money in foreign aid to nations overseas while many taxpaying Americans cannot afford medical insurance or are suffering severely from unemployment or even losing everything from catastrophic illness.

Today a welfare recipient will have all his medical bills paid while hard working parents and their children can suffer loss of their home, business or livelihood from a catastrophic illness. That ends now.

Beginning tomorrow I will launch a Congressional task force to insure decent medical insurance at affordable rates for every working American. It will immediately begin with a rider which will guarantee that anyone who has worked and paid taxes for a minimum of ten years will never suffer loss of their home from a catastrophic illness.

There is no more serious problem facing the American people than illegal immigration and high legal immigration.

No nation in history has ever survived that could not maintain the integrity of its borders. Our country faces a tsunami of immigration that threatens to wipe away the America of our forefathers and threatens to make our sons and daughters walk as strangers in own land. That ends now.

My administration is committed to immediately ending this threat to America.

As American soldiers are withdrawn from Iraq they will deployed along the Mexican-American border. The 5 billion dollar a month Iraq war will be replaced by a 1 billion dollar a month expenditure for six months or until our Mexican-American border is completely sealed except for legal traffic.

America will deploy the latest in technology to see to it that this objective is achieved in less than 6 months. In addition, those who are here illegally in the United States will be deported immediately using all the resources at our disposal. Make no mistake about it. The very life of our nation is at stake. President Eisenhower in his famous “Operation Wetback” accomplished in less than a year in the early 50s what we must accomplish today. I can tell you we will do it. You now have a President before you who will do whatever it takes to defend our nation’s borders.

In addition, the birthrate of our founding European-American people has reached a critically low point that threatens our very existence. My Administration will formulate and pass tax relief, education cost relief and other incentives that will foster and promote strong and healthy families in the United States. Immigration will once again be European-oriented as it was for the first 190 years of America’s existence.

The liberals have long advocated equal rights and opportunities for all people in the United States. European Americans are not fearful of that principle. We believe if judged on our merits, we can live productive and successful lives in America. If minorities are confident in their own abilities they should not be afraid to embrace the ideal for they claim to have fought for, for many decades: equal rights. I believe in true equal opportunity. In one of the acts that I will sign this afternoon in the White House is an executive order rescinding all previous affirmative action executive orders rendered by past presidents. I will also instruct my new head of the Justice Department, Sam Dickson, to vigorously prosecute any affirmative action programs that currently are in gross violation of the civil rights of European Americans. Discrimination against European Americans ends now!

Much like the last president of the United States, I readily must acknowledge that few minorities voted for me. But don’t take that fact as meaning that I am an enemy of African-Americans or any other minority group. In fact, if you are a minority, I believe my Presidency will empower your ethic group as well as my own.

I believe in true diversity. The diversity that comes from racial integrity and respect of the differences in others! The truth is that egalitarian racial engineers are the ones truly guilty of intolerance of differences in race and differences of opinion. Political correctness in America ends now!

Forced integration of the races must end. We must live in respect of our differences. We must have the right to live separately in respect rather than forced together in animosity.

African-Americans will be able to maintain the integrity of their neighborhoods and community just as Whites will now be able do the same thing. To that end I advocate more African-American autonomy and control in their own schools and communities just as European-American must regain control of their own schools and communities.

If the truth be told, it is a fact of nature that most peoples prefer to be among their own, their own culture and their own community and orient them to their own needs and desires. There is nothing evil about this, it is natural and truly beautiful for each people to preserve their culture and their character. The Jewish supremacists have long talked about the right of Jews to preserve their heritage. I say that all people will now celebrate the right that everyone accords to Jews! No longer will government be an impediment to this elemental freedom. (On the contrary, the government I lead will fight for it.)

I also understand that many Afro-American leaders favor the eventual creation of an independent Black political, geographic entity for Afro-Americans. To fulfill that dream will be an arduous and difficult task that may require a huge national effort and many years for completion. I will work diligently to help make that happen. To that end I pledge the cooperation of the European American people. I agree, as Abraham Lincoln once said, that both races in America have suffered on each side.

The election of Patrick Buchanan and I to the highest offices of our country is but a small step in the saving of the American nation and the people (who are its cause and its purpose). The preamble to
Constitution of the United States clearly states that this document and nation is for us and our posterity! Pat Buchanan and I will both will be traveling the country and working hard to get others elected to public office who share our dreams and hopes.

A vast majority of the American people have long endorsed the policies that I embrace. A vast majority want to stop illegal immigration and severely restrict legal immigration. Whenever given the chance Americans have voted against affirmative action, busing and for enforcing laws against illegal immigration. Most Americans don’t want America to get involved in wars overseas, that’s why the media must lie to us and tell us that we were threatened by Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction when there were no weapons.

That brings us to a vital point. We will clean out the halls of government. My election is the herald of a new day for America, but we cannot win the battle for our freedom and our heritage until we depose the evil men who have dominated America’s mass media, the men who lied us into the Iraq War and lie about a host of other issues vital to the American people. These unelected oligarchs have more power than almost any elected official. Be on guard about the campaign of hatred they will wage against the vice-President and me. Thank God that in this last election you have learned that anyone the media likes is usually a scoundrel and whoever they hate is almost always our friend! As the great man of Russian freedom, Aleksandr Solzenhitzen said, “By whom were they elected and to whom are they responsible?” All that corrupt and alien media power comes to an end now!

We must break the power of the media oligarchs if the media is to be truly free in America. I will use the same power as president that Howard Dean talked about in last year’s primaries, trust busting, to break up the media conglomerates. Furthermore I will see to it that the government will make it easy for more people and concerns to get into broadcasting, movie making and record production.

I will make sure that real equal time provisions enable all points of view to find expression and voice. I have no fear of real freedom of speech because I truly believe in the intelligence and goodness of my positions. It is only those afraid of the truth that oppose real free speech.

Furthermore, the true owners and controllers of media will be required to prominently post their names and affiliations. No longer will the American media be controlled by a handful of Jewish supremacists. That ends now! People will be able to make informed choices.

Freedom of speech is sacred thing for the American people. As free media increases the American people will begin to learn the information vital to their freedom and survival.

My one great commitment in foreign policy is that America shall be truly a brother to other European nations. Instead of being a force of decay in the Western World, America will be a voice for the freedom and heritage of our people wherever they dwell. Just as America’s foundations came essentially from Europe, so we are committed to helping to preserve the heritage and freedom of Britain, France, Germany, Scandinavia, Central, Southern and Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and our people wherever they dwell.

American power, wealth, and influence will now be used on behalf our people rather than against them! At the same time we America shall respect the rights of the Muslim, African, and Asian world and never again interfere in their internal affairs or way of life. They have the same right to their religion, culture, character and way of life as we have the right to determine our own.

For our part, we will live in world of mutual respect, yet always be vigilant to protect the freedom and heritage of our people in our own lands.

The theme of my campaign as the theme of my presidency has indeed been heritage and freedom.

That theme is not limited exclusively to European-Americans, for all people have a fundamental right to those elemental things. The minorities in our own nation will discover that their rights will actually increase in their own communities as European-American rights will increase in ours. We look for long term ways that each people can reach for their own destiny as determined by themselves rather than others. That is the only sure way to lessen racial hatred and friction both inside of nations and between nations. And we do indeed want a peaceful nation and a peaceful world.

Globalism is bad for America, it is bad for the world. Just as we must work to end the soulless, unhealthy, environmentally-destructive, corporate regimentation of the world; we must strive to reduce it in American life. I would much rather see the quality and care of a family restaurant than a global chain with food as artificial and unhealthy as the artificial demand created by advertising. I want to see an America that is truly America and not some far off land, and when my children go to visit some far away land decades from now I want them to find the true culture, language, music and tastes of that land not to be poor imitation of some global hegemony, but the real and beautiful expression of the individual peoples.

It is also my belief that the best government is that closest to the people. The age of empires must come to an end now. All people should make their own choices.

And that really is what my Presidency is all about.

It is a new Declaration of Independence for America. We will live in an America where the government is independent of any foreign or alien influence. A government devoted exclusively to the well-being of our people. That was the very founding principle of our country and it is the principle that will guide us now.

Enough of this Inaugural speech! Let’s us all get to work now to make these ideals a reality.
