The European-American Unity and Leadership Conference

and New Orleans Protocol

EURO Members and David Duke Report readers can be proud of the very successful New Orleans conference that EURO sponsored in New Orleans from May 28 to May 30.  Three hundred patriots from around the world and every corner of America filled a large New Orleans hotel to capacity for three days that many participants described as the most effective pro-White gathering they had ever attended.

In a year that is not yet half over we have had four major White nationalist conferences: American Renaissance (Herndon, VA Feb. 20-22), National Alliance (Hillsboro, WV April 17-18), International Revisionist (Sacramento, CA April 24), and now the European-American Unity and Leadership Conference (New Orleans, LA May 28-30).  This fourth and biggest conference so far was also dubbed The David Duke Homecoming as a welcome back to Representative David Duke after 13 months of imprisonment that ended only twelve days before the conference opening.

On the opening night of the conference the 300 participants enjoyed a round of brief thumbnail sketches presented by each of the conference speakers.  Stretching across the dais was a most impressive assemblage of nationalist leadership that included Sam G. Dickson, Dr. Edward Fields, Kevin Alfred Strom, John Tyndall, Bob Whitaker, Germar Rudolf, Paul Fromm, Edgar J. Steele, David Pringle, Willis Carto, and Don Black.

This round of opening cameos by each of the weekend’s speakers was just one of several innovations that marked the New Orleans Conference.  Another was the convening of a senior leadership meeting on Saturday May 29th in Room 233 of the hotel.  Out of this meeting emerged an agreement on movement principles that is being called The New Orleans Protocol.  Eight leaders of large pro-White groups: Willis Carto, Sam G. Dickson, Dr. Edward Fields, Kevin Alfred Strom, John Tyndall, Paul Fromm, David Pringle, and David Duke met at 5pm around a table at which they concurred on 3 fundamental principles.  These three principles are now called The New Orleans Protocol.

The first principle was that of zero tolerance within our cause for violence or suggested violence.  The distinction between violence and self-defense was made clear.  It was agreed that a zero tolerance policy towards violence is essential to protecting White racialist groups from the sort of agent provocateur or unhinged violence that our people’s enemies routinely use to destroy White nationalist groups.

The second principle was support for the goal of always maintaining a high moral tone to White Nationalist discourse.  The assembled leaders thought as one on the imperative of capturing the high ground of inspiration and greater purpose to our Cause.

The third principle was an accord that leaders and supporters of effective White Nationalist groups should refrain from attacking leaders or supporters of other effective White Nationalist groups that maintain the high standards of The New Orleans Protocol.

The pathbreaking accord forged by these eight leaders was promulgated throughout the remainder of the New Orleans Conference.  Representative Duke would allude to The New Orleans Protocol in his keynote address later that Saturday evening.  But it was not until the five-member Question and Answer Panel that ended the conference so powerfully on Sunday that The New Orleans Protocol was fully discussed.  From left to right across the dais in the five-member panel were Sam G. Dickson, Don Black, David Duke, Kevin Strom, and Paul Fromm.  Both a video and an audio recording of this five-member panel as well as all of the other presentations was made.  The audio recording is already available online at www.whitecivilrights.com.  The video version is now being edited.   In his welcoming remarks, Rep. Duke proclaimed that:

“What we are trying to do is provide a common front against an enemy that would destroy our heritage and our freedom forever.  We are in the final battle, truly, for mankind.  I think it’s a battle of good and evil.”

“Not only have they sown an alien, soulless, ethic that has led to our catastrophic birthrates, and opened our borders.  They have propagandized our people that race-mixig, far from being an unnatural and undesirable phenomenon, as viewed by our forefathers and healthy peoples since the beginning of time; they have told us, in fact, this is natural and wonderful and desirable.”

 “But those who have propagandized this myth upon us, this perverted view, are themselves the biggest opponents of intermarriage (for themselves).”

Rep. Duke pointed out that the catastrophic birthrates that have been induced among our people would cause 100 White parents to have only 67 children at a fertility rate of 1.25 per couple.  If this catastrophic rate were to continue those 67 children would reproduce only 39 children, who would reproduce only 25 children, who would reproduce only 15 children.  And by the fifth generation those 15 remaining Whites would bear only 9.5 children.  In only five generations our White population would have been decimated, being only a tenth of what it had been 

 The dedication of the conference participants showed in the arduous trips that many undertook to attend.  An entire family drove two days from Delaware, another from Wisconsin.   Folks over 80 years old drove and rode from Utah and North Dakota.  Attendees brought their children.  Many college students attended, and two spoke.  A good contingent of Canadians flew to New Orleans.  Other than a few States like Vermont, Rhode Island, Hawaii, and Maine every State was represented in the audience.  From Britain, John Tyndall is renowned as the founder of the British National Party (BNP).  Paul Fromm’s Canadian Association for Free Expression (CAFÉ) is the leader in Canada.  Free speech exile Germar Rudolf of Germany publishes the eminent Revisionist.  From Virginia, Willis Carto’s American Free Press has a huge readership that follows in a line of almost half a century of mass publications by Mr. Carto.  From Georgia, Dr. Ed Fields’ The Truth At Last has the same kind of venerable history in our Cause.   Many members of David Duke’s European-American Unity and Rights Organization (EURO) and readers of his David Duke Report filled the Jefferson Ballroom of the Airport Plaza Hotel.  Kevin Strom and David Pringle represented the dynamic publications and programs of the National Alliance.  Having driven 14 hours from Florida, Don Black of www.stormfront.org/forum spoke for the world’s first (1995) and largest (29,000 members) pro-White website.  Two of our cause’s finest attorneys, Sam G. Dickson and Edgar J. Steele, journeyed from Georgia and Idaho respectively to deepen our insights into the dangers and the opportunities that we have in the legal realm.

Thank goodness that the conference organizers were able to offer very good accommodations and dining to the determined patriots who traveled such distances.  Throughout the conference a 150-seat hotel restaurant served excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for low group prices.  The chance to share conversation over meals was a high point of the three-day gathering for everyone.  The conference banquet required the entire floor space of the hotel’s main ballroom for the thirty tables of nine that were served.  Fourteen six-foot tables were set up in the main ballroom all three days for the large array of books, pamphlets, magazines, and imprinted clothing, pins, and stickers that participants took home with them.  Among the most popular of these items were cases (24 per case) of Rep. Duke’s Jewish Supremacism.

An oft-heard refrain as the European-American Unity and Leadership Conference closed was: “let’s do this again….soon.”
