France: Secret Poll Puts Le Pen at 20%

A secret poll ordered by the French intelligence services (Renseignements Généraux) found that the pro-White leader Jean-Marie Le Pen will win 20 percent of the votes at the upcoming presidential election’s First Round, a leak has revealed. The election’s first round shall be held on April 22, 2007. During the second round, on May 6, 2007, the French people will have to choose among the two best candidates from the first round.

During the last presidential elections, in 2002, Le Pen stayed for the second round and got 16.8 percent of the vote. The secret poll did not estimate which share of the votes Le Pen would reach this time at the second round, and whether he would be elected as president.
