Syndication Nears as The Political Cesspool Celebrates Three Years of Broadcasting Excellence

October 26, 2004. That’s when it all began; our first night on AM Radio. Three years later, The Political Cesspool has become a household name in paleoconservative circles and is continuing to grow at an unprecedented rate! Thanks to our family of listeners, our staff (James Edwards, Eddie Miller, Winston Smith, Bill Rolen and Geoff Melton) and those who have worked with us on this show in the past, we have survived (and prospered) after three years of battle on the front lines of the Culture War.

From humble beginnings to national television appearances and so much more, this show now walks where very few have trod. They call us “leaders.” To be sure, we’re respected by our supporters and hated by our enemies. Loyal and unwavering, we’ve never betrayed our friends or watered down the heartfelt beliefs that define our program. Unlike most, we’ve held our ground when under fire and celebrated victories along the way. We’ve made a name for ourselves.

But, this week, we’ll take an evening to reflect. On Friday, October 26, tune in for a special on-air birthday party as The Political Cesspool celebrates three years of broadcasting excellence.

HELP US BEGIN OUR THIRD YEAR OF BROADCASTING BY EXPANDING INTO SYNDICATION! Just last week we received a new offer from a broadcasting network based in Georgia that seeks to syndicate our show because of its quality and content. This deal, I am pleased to report, has progressed quite rapidly to the point that we will be ready to make the jump in the next couple of weeks! More details will be released after the contracts are signed.

My friends, this is the single biggest opportunity for growth that we’ve ever been offered! This is also, quite possibly, the single biggest announcement that I have had the honor of reporting to you. Let me repeat: The Political Cesspool has the chance to be carried over the airwaves of a dozen additional AM and FM radio stations throughout the South and will also be aired on other internet radio simulcasts. After three years of hard work, we’re ready to make a quantum leap. But, we need your help.

We need to raise $5000 by November 12 in order to continue on. With added exposure comes added responsibility and more work for our volunteer staff. We must ensure that we’re able to capitalize on this incredible opportunity and we simply can’t do it without you.

This show, according to our friends and foes alike, has become the most effective weapon our movement has on the mainstream airwaves. The amazing things that we’ve accomplished have all been done based upon our being on a single radio station (AM 1380 WLRM - Memphis), plus internet syndication.

Now, imagine how many more of our kinsmen can be influenced if we increase our presence twelve-fold, with even more internet exposure to boot! It can happen, but we must move quickly. Again, we MUST raise $5000 by November 12. Can we count on you to make a financial contribution now, when we need it most? If we are able to reach this modest fundraising goal within the next three weeks, we will, at long last, be able to obtain substantial syndication and fulfill our promise to you to grow this groundbreaking show.
