The Political Cesspool - Another Attack and a New Opportunity

Radio talk show host, James Edwards, announced recently that his radio phenomenon The Political Cesspool could be taking it’s first steps toward national syndication. Mr. Edwards explained that a large media group has made an incredible offer to run The Political Cesspool in a few targeted markets where the demographics are favorable and reported that the talks with the group have been positive and promising. The group according to Mr. Edwards is interested in The Political Cesspool because of the wide range of view points it opens up for general discussion, an encouraging thing to hear now days.

This opportunity comes on the heals of another attack on the program by the Southern Poverty Law Center in regard to Mr. Edwards appearances on CNN’s Paula Zann Now program. William Flax posted a brilliant reply to this smear drawing parallels between the SPLC’s rhetorical devices and those employed in National Socialism. For our part we’ll just add that this latest pot-shot is only further evidence of the rising importance of Mr. Edwards and the whole Staff of The Political Cesspool.

At the CofCC National Conference on June the 2nd, attorney Sam Dixon spoke of the young people in the room like James Edwards and others; “who I hope will be leaders of the new America long after I’m gone.” Mr. Edwards’ charisma and likability have always been obvious but he has also proven himself to be an articulate and effective spokesman for traditional American conservative values. As an acknowledged up and coming leader, he reminds us very much of Major Robert B. Paterson, his success and recognition have not diminished, by one iota, his humility or his genuineness. He is a plainly spoken man of honor and integrity, not ashamed of the name of Jesus Christ.

It’s no wonder the left is squawking about James Edwards and The Political Cesspool. We urge our readers to support the program through your prayers and if possible through your financial support particularly at this pivotal moment in the program’s development. We sincerely believe that God willing, Mr. Edwards is destined for an indispensable roll in the leadership of this movement, our prayers and support are with him.
